I’ve been taking these collagen and biotin gummies for a few weeks, and I’m very happy with the results. They taste great and are easy to take every day. I’ve noticed that my hair looks healthier and shinier, my nails feel stronger and grow faster, and my skin appears smoother and more radiant.

These gummies are effective and tasty. Being of a certain age hair, skin and nails change (not for the better). After a week of taking a gummy daily, I noticed that my nails were getting very brittle and splitting down the middle. I thought it was very odd because the gummies were supposed to help! On the flip side of that, my hair was feeling fuller and I noticed less fall in the shower. By the end of two weeks my nails were a mess, but my hair and eyelashes were better than I'd seen them in a very long time. After a bit of research I realized that I wasn't as low on Biotin as I'd thought and just needed to reduce my dose. I now only take 2 gummies per week (Sun and Thurs). I'm now 1+ month in and the nails have returned to normal but the hair and eyelashes are still doing wonderfully. I've gained nearly an inch of length in just a little over a month and my eyelashes, while not exactly thick and lush have gained a bit of length as well. For reference, I'm not taking anything else for hair, skin and nails, just the gummies. At only 2 gummies per week, this bottle will last quite a while. They're definitely not a miracle cure, but I'm so pleased with my results I'll continue taking them.

I started taking these mainly for skin benefits and for nail health, since my nails were brittle after using a green nail polish (never again) and too much acetone, but I didn’t expect much. I chose these because they had collagen and the flavor sounded good. After maybe 6-7 months, my nails were back to normal. Since it took a decent amount of time I attributed this to the natural healing process and stopped taking these gummies, but my nails became brittle again a few months later despite religious use of cuticle oil and avoiding nail polish. I realized that it wasn’t the natural healing process that strengthened my nails—it was the gummies! I resumed taking them and haven’t had any more problems with brittleness. So I’ve been taking the gummies for a total of maybe 2+ years now. I haven’t noticed a difference in skin health, and due to having trichotillomania I can’t really comment on hair. I considered docking a star for the lack of noticeable skin benefits, but my nails have benefited so much that I couldn’t bring myself to do it. As for taste, they’ve got a great orange-y, citrus-y flavor and a nice, soft texture that doesn’t harden much over time. Yes, they’re sugary, but I try to limit the number of pills I take daily because too many can trigger bad IBS-C pain, and gummy vitamins have been a decent solution. tl;dr great for nails, no skin benefits noticed, can’t comment on hair, nice flavor

I gave tried so many different types and brands of Biotin, I just went back to this one as its the only one that has worked for me. I'm skeptical about anything yummy but I gotta tell you, my nails were never so strong and healthy as when I was constantly on these. It also has elapsed, my skin and hair. I Very Highly recommend them. They taste great btw.

I purchased these a few months ago and wanted to wait to leave a review after I've used it for some time. I would now say that I notice a positive difference in my nails, hair and skin since using these. It's subtle, but it's a difference. I notice the most difference in my nails. They are really strong now. My hair seems to have grown slightly more around the edges/temples and around my part line and it's already time for a haircut. The gummy tastes great and I haven't had any issues with digestion or side effects. I'm happy with it.

These gummies are effective they improve your hair growth, skin and even your nails. They are tasty, I really like the citrus flavor and how they are easy to swallow. The biotin and collagen is great.
