Very helpful Vulva moisturizer
I have used this cream for a week and find that it does help with moisture and soothing. It also helps keep the dryness away.

Meh
Didn't notice anything special. Wasn't irritating but not sure it had any medicinal qualities. No harsh fragrance. Provided moisture but didn't seem to be long-term healing. Probably would not buy again.

Mother of all lies! False Advertising!
The makers of this product should be sued for false advertising and cruelty to women who are suffering. Women see this product and buy it for the name and the low price like I did. I should have known you get what you pay for. This stuff is not calming. It's not soothing. It burns on contact and continues to burn for a while. Buyer beware and don't be fooled. Don't use this product.

This helped where so many others (nurses and creams) failed me
I was a 74-year-old widow who had no idea why I was in such pain between my legs when I sat or walked. It was so bad, I stayed in bed for several days until I was able to see my primary care nurse. That appointment was the first I'd heard of "vaginal dryness" as a post-menopausal development. I was told to get a vaginal moisturizer, which I did. It helped, but then the pain returned. This time I learned there's such a thing as "vaginal atrophy" which, it so happens, I had. So I was sent to an OB/GYN, where I hadn't been in 20 years, so the appointment took two months. The vaginal atrophy was confirmed, and the vulvovitis (vulva dryness) was part of that. I was offered samples of vaginally safe lidocaine and a prescription for estrogen tablets (I'd already tried the estrogen cream with no benefit). The tablets have helped but the dryness is still a source of discomfort so I've tried many creams to get some relief. This one finally gave me noticeable improvement within minutes. OMG!! It had been a year since I'd felt "normal". I realize everyone's body is different, so you might not get the same benefit from this cream as I have. But I thank my lucky stars for leading me to it. I've included my history here because the misery I've been through was as embarrassing as it was painful and NO ONE told me the condition is probably something you should expect post-menopause. I'm considerably beyond "post-menopause" early years, so it took 74 years before I learned about any of this, and another year before i found this cream. If you're searching for the relief I finally found, I wish you all the best.
