I was so excited for this product to arrive and it didn't disappoint! I needed something with powerful ingredients that would help with my periods as they can be quite painful & my energy crashes. I haven't been taking them for very long but I can already see a difference in my mood and energy. My recent period was much less painful and I didn't need any painkiller which is just amazing! You do need to take 4 capsules which I thought was quite a lot but from the results l've gotten it's definitely worth it :)

This was one of the best things i have ever bought. Because of my PCOS i have really irregular periods and within 5 days of taking these supplements i got my period and within a month and a half i got pregnant after trying for 2 years. Extremely recommended. Take these supplements.

After years of suspecting I had PCOS, I recently received a confirmed diagnosis and have been exploring ways to manage it. I came across these tablets and after reading such positive reviews, decided to give them a try. Unfortunately for myself though, I haven’t noticed any significant benefits after a month of use. There may have been a slight reduction in my sugar cravings, but if so, it hasn’t been very noticeable. I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing them and will continue exploring other ways to manage my condition.

I love the thoughtful blend of ingredients. It contains Myo-Inositol and Maca root, which have been shown to support hormone balance and improve energy levels, and it also includes N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, cinnamon, zinc, and chromium to help regulate blood sugar – a huge plus for anyone with insulin resistance like me. The addition of folate and vitamin D3 is the cherry on top, providing essential nutrients that many with PCOS are often deficient in. What really sets this product apart for me is that it’s made in England, meaning it’s produced under strict quality standards, which gives me extra confidence in what I’m putting in my body.

I have taken other PCOS supplements and currently take one that is just inositol based no extra vitamins or minerals etc so I was interested to give this a try. I haven’t noticed any difference after finishing the bottle than being on my regular supplement. For me the disadvantages are that this is more expensive, plus you need to take 4 per day which is a lot. I guess this product may work for you if you want to try to find an all in one option, however for people who already take some kind of multivitamin/ mineral because it has a wider spectrum could end up doubling up on some ingredients. So in summary, this isn’t a product I would move to but if you aren’t taking any other supplement and want to try to find a one product solution this could be worth a try.

Finally found a supplement that meets all my needs in one! Since taking them I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my mood and energy levels, I’m a mum of two and always lagged in afternoon but that’s completely gone. Other things I’ve noticed a difference in is my skin and bloating! Subscribed and going to keep taking, don’t want to stop!

really liked these they kinda taste like grass and i don’t mind taking 4 at a time just disappointed in the price increase to 35 a bottle for something that only lasts 30 days feel like it’s somewhat pricey for what it is maybe that’s just my opinion though

I gave this a try because the doctors had me on medication that didn’t help I’ve always had irregular periods and horrible cramps the taste is okay I would also say the value of this product is good for what it is especially after it got me pregnant and I was also going to a fertility specialist before I started taking these and I’m not claiming false news or anything I just find it super weird that after a year of going to the doctors and them giving me all sorts of meds to help me get pregnant and I was diagnosed with pcos and having issues ovulation as soon as I started taking these within 6 weeks I found out I was pregnant so I don’t know if it was coincidence or what but this is my experience with these supplements
