Will 12-2 wire fit and can it be pulled through?

Absolutely it will fit. You should use a snake to pull it though although you might be able to push it if you stretch the conduit straight enough.

Can this be glued to ridgid pvc conduit fittings?

You need to get screw on fittings/adaptors
