Great customer service
Pleasant to use however retinol only makes up the 4% of active ingredients along with others including Shea butter. Great customer service with full refund due to disappointment at lack of effect due to low level of retinol.

On point customer service!
The lotion itself smells ok, not overpowering, absorbs well and comes in a decent size tube. Unfortunately it didn't improve the look of my upper arms even though I used it consistently. I think the ingredients need reformulating as Retinol is way down on the list of ingredients, should this happen then I might reconsider buying as I liked everything else about it. I can't fault customer service, they were on point and gave a full refund, which I really appreciated. Not many businesses do that. Respect due.

Smell lets down an otherwise good product
The product itself is rich and feels good, however the smell isn’t great. The customer service from the brand is excellent.

Greasy Texture and No Visible Results
I used this once and didn’t like it at all. It felt very greasy and took ages to absorb into my skin. I also didn’t notice any changes the tan I had from the summer is still there and hasn’t faded away. I have combination skin, which varies depending on the weather, but it’s quite delicate. If I don’t moisturise daily after a shower, my skin can get easily scratched. Even with that in mind, this lotion just didn’t work for me. It felt heavy, greasy, and uncomfortable on the skin. I wouldn’t recommend this product and won’t be buying it again.

Nice product
Like it, smell very coco buttery. Used the whole bottle my skin sucks it up. Don’t notice much difference with retinol use though…yet?

Working product with good price
I got wrinkles on my chest and they've been gone after a month. Retinol takes time to work

Bonne crème mais chère
C'est une crème bien composée pour l'élasticité de la peau (perte de poids, après grossesse...), elle ne colle pas, facile à appliquer, mais honnêtement, trop chère. Il suffit que l'on en mette sur les zones variables (ventre, cuisses, bras) et il n'y en a que pour une semaine ou dix jours d'usage.
