well many cant see comparision but belive me when it comes to clarity and picture wuality it is nearby sony, the only thing lack for toshiba is its awareness and marketing, otherwise this product is way to beeter then most of TV avaialable in the markets and if compared i already said its nearby sony, rest all stay below, LG, samsung , onida, and newly creatd brands are way to behing this premoium brand...

I've had this TV now for near 4 months. The positives are that the build quality, picture quality & sound quality are all great. The only two negatives are the OS & the lack of Filmmaker mode. So I recommend getting a FireTV device or a similar device to remedy the OS issue; the lack of Filmmaker mode means you will need to manually adjust the picture quality to give you the best viewing experience possible. Having said this the TV is still a very good buy at the price.

Once I discovered the brand fell within my budget sweet-spot, I was convinced. I've owned a Toshiba laptop years ago and learned just how sophisticated and tech-infused it was...and therefore by extension their TVs too likely were. Having been a happy Sony TV owner for over 12 years, I decided I needed something cheaper yet as illustrious/reputed, and somehow the Korean brands didn't float my boat. I love the fact the Toshiba is made in India, and it probably accounts for its lower price-tag compared to equivalent products (lower taxation etc..). Toshiba needs to promote this fact that is effectively hidden from the public. Brilliant QLED display though the reds are too aggressive for my tastes. It's 4K and has a high refresh rate and I'm more than pleased with my purchase.

Tv is amazing. Everything is very good. But the service is very pathetic. I bought it on 24th of June 2024 and now on 29th of March it has some display problems. Today when i am writing this on 26th may 2026. The customer care support and their technicians are not reliable. Once they visit in March and now its been almost two months they didn't resolve my problems. I am calling daily on customer care and they promised to resolve problems but nobody is taking care of it so Tv is good but the customer care support is very pathetic.

The TV is good for the price, and I'll share an update after using it for six months. However, the installation service from Amazon has been very disappointing. No one came to set up the TV. I contacted Amazon twice, and they assured me it would be done in two days, but the appointment was delayed by 9 days in the app. In the end, I had to call a local technician to get the installation done myself, which was quite frustrating. I've deducted 1 star due to this negligence by Amazon. If I encounter more issues with the product or service, I will deduct more stars in my review. It feels like Amazon doesn't care about this service, and you might end up arranging the installation on your own.
