Can’t go wrong with cloud nine, shame you don’t supply the heat protection with it

Disappointing material quality
Bought as a gift but arrived scratched. Material scratches and marks very easily with light use unlike the previous versions of hairdryers. Disappointing quality from an expensive product.

Awful for the extortionate price they are charging
This cost me a fortune and all it does is make my hair frizzy, tried it a few times over a couple of months (just in case it was my hairs condition that was at fault) and each time my hair went dry and frizzy. I wouldn’t bother as it’s really not worth the money Also the buttons are in the wrong place and it is pretty heavy.
