The monitor was securely packaged and arrive in great shape. I was impressed at its build and quality. The hinges (3 for this size) are just the right tension for opening, closing and positioning the screens. I bought this because I work from home and when I travel I can't just use my laptop screen. I use it to extend my main screen so I haven't used it yet for anything other than that but since it does so well with that function, I'm sure it will do its job well. I use this with both Mac and Windows systems. The screen itself presents a clear and beautiful picture. I love the size! It would not be something that I would use for my photography editing but that's not the reason I bought it. It would be great for watching videos but, again, that is not why I bought it. I have it mounted via VESA on an arm when at home and I purchased the sleeve for travel. I think that I might use that sleeve for storage but buy one with a strap for traveling with it. It has some heft to it, not enough to discourage me using it but enough to make me comfortable that it is of great build quality. It is not cheap plastic by any means. I find the plug-n-play works as intended and once I configured it as instructed, it was quite easy to get up and going both at home and on the road. After having used it often and in a number of different situations; I would be comfortable saying that if you happen to have one that doesn't function as you expected, then it's a one-off and not the norm. This thing is fantastic and I would buy it again. Everyone who sees it makes a comment about how nice it looks.

Right out of the box this monitor feels very sturdy. It is of high build quality and made of metal unlike other monitors which are usually cheap plastic. It has three hinges where most monitors have two. There is no big brand logo on the bezels, that's why I loved my last (and current) monitor from this brand. It has a very clean look! The large screens give you tons of work space, which is perfect for anything from video editing to programming to playing games. If you are looking for a high-quality and sturdy monitor, this one is for you. I love that it can rotate 360 degrees, giving me tons of layout options. You can use one screen, or both. you can clone your screen or use the extend mode to have one large stacked screen, or even use them as two separate monitors. The screens are huge (18.5 inches!), even bigger than my laptop, but it still fits in my backpack. I've been carrying it every day in my bag, and it has now replaced the other UPERFECT monitor I had before (which was also great, but this one is next level!) Knowing that I have the extra screen space to work wherever I want is great. I was surprised how strong and seamless the integrated stand is. It's super thin, yet easily holds up the weight of the top screen in any configuration you'd like. The rubber feet on the bottom keep it from sliding, and it feels strong so I'm not worried about it falling. There are plenty of cables included (4!) with the monitor to make sure you can connect any way you like. The best part is you don't need to download any software or special drivers, the monitor just works out of the box! I have an MacBook, and I was surprised how seamless the setup was. Literally just plug in the cable and boom, it works. It's plenty bright, has color correction options and has a great refresh rate of 100hz. Changing between modes is super easy. All you have to do is click the lower button and a menu will come up with the four connection options. To cycle through them, just use the scroll lever on the side. The same scroll lever can be used to adjust volume, brightness, color, and so many other settings. I like that there is just one button and lever for each screen that do everything! I've also reached out to customer service for support and questions and they have always been super helpful and quick in their responses. When I had a problem with different monitor, they immediately sent me a new one and even an extra cable so I could connect my phone to it! I would absolutely recommend getting your monitor from them. I recently upgraded to the 23.8” UPERFECT stacked dual-screen monitor and wanted to share my experience in full transparency. My original UPERFECT 18.5” stacked dual monitor (purchased in 2024) unfortunately developed a dual-screen issue after very limited use. Although the product was outside the warranty period and that model had already been discontinued, the customer support team took the time to communicate with me across time zones and work through possible solutions. After several professional exchanges, they offered a meaningful accommodation toward a current model. I ultimately upgraded to the 23.8” version, and the company honored a 25% refund after purchase as agreed. The new monitor arrived quickly and worked immediately out of the box. Setup on my Dell XPS 17 (Thunderbolt 4) was truly plug-and-play using the included cables and power supply. No drivers were required and both screens initialized correctly. The larger 23.8” format is much easier on the eyes for long work sessions and travel setups. The monitor also includes a useful mode that allows both panels to behave as one continuous display, which can be helpful for certain workflows. A couple practical notes for buyers: • The resolution is 1920×1080 per panel, which is acceptable but not extremely sharp for a screen of this size. Using Windows scaling (around 150%) helps improve readability. • Make sure your laptop supports DisplayPort Alt Mode or Thunderbolt if you intend to run both panels properly.
