Citric acid based descaler
I am using this for my superautomatic and found it is using citric acid instead of lactic acid.Lactic acid is a better descaler but costs more.I was disappointed to not find what concentration of citric acid was in the bottle however.Not sure why the manufacturer is unwilling to disclose that on the bottle.

Does the trick
This descaling solution did a wonderful job on my old Nespresso machine. I had to look up the manual for my machine online, which gave very detailed instructions on how to go about doing it. The citric acid is very strong so I would recommend using gloves. My hands were a bit achy from direct exposure for a day, but my machine was really clean.
