Finally, a Lawn My Kids Can't Kill
I bought this to help fill in some problem areas in the yard, and I've been really happy with the results. The mix germinated well, filled in nicely, and gave me a greener lawn without needing constant attention. What I love most is the clover. It stays greener during dry spells, helps the lawn look fuller, and seems much more forgiving of kids, pets, and my occasionally questionable lawn care habits. ๐ The seed spread easily, established quickly, and created a nice mix of grass and clover that looks natural instead of patchy. Plus, I feel a little better knowing the clover is beneficial for pollinators. If you're tired of fighting a never-ending battle for the perfect lawn, this is a great option. My yard looks better, the bees seem happy, and I spend less time stressing about brown spots. That's a win all around. ๐ฑ๐๐๐คฃ

Disappointed
Did not grow itโs been almost 4 weeks I used it to cover up dead patches on my grass and used topper, bag said guaranteed to grow but I used up most of it canโt return but very disappointing I purchased this product to repair several dead patches in my lawn. I carefully followed the directions, prepared the soil, applied a lawn topper, watered regularly, and waited nearly four weeks. Unfortunately, I saw little to no germination in the areas where the seed was applied. The packaging states that the product is guaranteed to grow, which was a major reason for my purchase. I used most of the bag attempting to achieve results, so returning the unused portion isnโt really an option. Based on my experience, the product did not perform as advertised, and I am very disappointed with the outcome.

Clover is not true
this is a scam, I planted this and no one clover came out, just regular grass, bad deal

Nice but mostly grass for now. Could change..
Grows within days with sun and water. Must point out that there is much more grass than clover. Time will tell if the clover is just slow growing. Beautiful green grass ,but hoping for more clover to grow. Will stay hopeful!

Great for dog owners and hot weather.
I use in the back yard. Clover does not require constant watering as my front fescue turf. I have two large dogs. Clover is naturally resistant to dog urine and will not yellow or burn the way traditional turfgrass does. Because clover acts as a nitrogen-fixing ground cover, it can actually absorb the high nitrogen in dog pee without being damaged.

Be patient
Planted this in our new construction lawn in October in Lower West Michigan - didnโt see much growth by the end of fall, but come spring time, this really took off! I only planted one time in October - attaching some pictures of late June now- 8 months later! Watered well. Our yard is a lot of clay and sand. The dirt photo is our before picture
