I have now been using it for 10 months, and I am about to order my 2nd bottle - yes, the 1 bottle lasted 10 months! I only use it on my "rosacea" areas such as nose and chin, and it keeps my rosacea at bay. I can tell whenever I stop or forget, the redness and small spots creep back in to my life slowly, but within 2 days of using this again, I am back to clean fresh skin. I think it's definitely worth the price for that. the 10% seems to be the right dosage for me, I have tried smaller and larger amounts with less success. 4% doesn't touch it, and higher makes my skin sensitive. It's not sticky and I can apply my usual face cream (AZ cream) straight afterwards, very lightweight!

I’ve noticed an immediate difference with my rosacea. Redness has massively reduced in days and my skin feels lovely. Great value for money.

5 days into taking it and I would say I am seeing an improvement. It's oily and doesn't sting, which I'd expected from something containing an acid. Will continue to use.

The only thing that cleared up the red rashes on my cheeks. Noticeable difference within a few days, huge improvement after a week of using it twice a day.

This serum is amazing. In just a week the dry bumpy skin I have had on my cheek for months is virtually gone. See photos - the first one taken on 20/5 and the second today 27/5. I put it on at night after cleansing my face. It’s a thin liquid so best to apply lying down as it runs down your face otherwise. No smell and it doesn’t burn. Worth every penny.

I had a red, sore extremely dry patch form out of nowhere on my face and stayed for over a year. Doctors tried many steroid creams, even took a biopsy. Nothing worked and it came back as skin inflammation and then told me theres nothing they can do and just hope it goes on its own. I ended up googling and Azelaic acid was recommended and this works! The patch is not dry or flaking anymore, the reddness is very faint and i now feel like myself again. Been using it for nearly a year now but i saw results within just days. Its smooth, absorbs well, doesnt leave a sticky residue. Its a miracle in a bottle!

Didn’t do anything wasted money

I wouldn't pay much attention to the negative reviews, they don't understand Rosacea and how it occurs. Firstly this oil does leave residue simply because Azelaic Acid is a powder and after it dries you will need to apply your normal moisturizer. Some reviewers say that their condition gets worse, this is a clear indication it is working because Azelaic Acid kills Demodex mites one of the causes of Rosecea and when they die they decompose to fluid and release toxins causing the redness. The oil absorbs quickly and it may sting after application for a while, this is normal on all skin types and subsides after 30 minutes or so. I use it everyday now after two months of using Azelaic 15% prescription cream which worked really well and now on a lower does of this. Azelaic acid is safe and results are visible within a couple of weeks.

I don’t know yet if this has eased my facial redness as I’m using other products in conjunction, but I’ve had no reaction to it. And that’s a good sign. And it was recommended. I think the redness has dissipated when I overheat, so something’s doing its job!

Okay so I actually bought this as a hail-mary after being told by my dermatologist that the only way to get rid of the PIE (that I've had for years) and the other dark spots is by paying a minimum of $380 or $700-smth for a SINGLE treatment, and I was obviously like SUPER against that cuz nobody in this day and age can willingly pay that much for smth like this, so I started doing a bit of research and found Azelaic acid was a good idea, so I bought this Umm so like it's almost creepy how well this works?? Like I'm kind of pissed that this existed the entire time, and I even put my bf onto this like last year (I forgot this product existed 😢) to go w/ his tretinoin treatment, but I never thought to try it myself even though it gave him crazy results 💔 Like it's actually insane. It soothed SO much irritation, worked great with my routine, feels nice under moisturiser, zero fragrance, and omg dude my skin is so happy with this on it's actually insane I apply it at night after using my toners and before my moisturiser. That is it. Did it four nights in a row and randomly everything's just BAM. GONE. Even the texture is annihilated too like omg bro this is insane Like I don't think y'all can understand how like amazed and confused I am but like I mean it works and it works WELL. Good Lord bro I'm writing this review like 3/4 weeks after my first use btw and the results have basically stayed the same w/ some more lightening of the darkest spots. Genuinely insane but like I said ts REALLY works😰 UPDATE: It's been around 3 months now and it generally keeps my skin even and smooth, I ADORE IT! The scarring is very minimal now, I'm so freaking grateful dude☹️!! Get this!!
