Versatile fan, good wind speed
This is a chunky fan. The battery adds weight so it feels secure and sturdy, and It's not the lightest of portable fans, but don't let that put you off. You do get the feeling it will last. This is my second (or third, I'm not sure) jisulife fan, my last having survived being dropped into puddles and thrown around before finally giving up (I suspect it burnt out it's motor in my bag...oops). For my next fan I fancied a folding one that could sit on a table easier (I hate the heat) so I bought this life 7 variety. First thoughts were 'this is chunky' ๐ the wide handle is perfect for stability on a table or on the ground, less so for holding due to its shape but it's still perfectly useable. The on off button at the back is a welcome addition for when throwing into a rucksack so it doesn't turn on accidentally (cough cough). Wind speed wise, 1 is a gentle breeze and is quite pleasant. 2 is perfect for on a table to get a cooling effect without to much disturbance. 3 is ruffling, 4 is more so and 5 is really only for those 'oh my god I hate hot flushes' moments. It works very well for those by the way. It's fairly quiet as well, especially in the lower settings. I mean, your never going to have a silent fan, but nobody is going to complain about the noise on a bus etc. It can be used in 2 ways on a table, so the air blows straight across, or the head can be angled up for a lower table or use at ground level and this seems fine for most scenarios. The added bonus is using it around the neck for hands free cooling. It's not the most elegant maybe, but it works better than a neck fan, which only blows air on the neck (hence the name I suppose), while this blows air on your face, and let's be honest, during hot weather you want air on your face!! I'm not soooo keen on the lanyard system, which involves clicking off the ends to attach and detach, I'd like an easier way to remove the strap that doesn't leave the loops in place, but maybe I'm being finnickity. I imagine I'll only use the lanyard when I know it's going to be really hot and I'm likely to need cool air constantly on my face. Did I mention yet I hate the heat? Edited to say it charged this morning from 11 to 100 in a couple of hours which is great, and the battery lasts long enough to use all night over 2 nights on level 1 and still use during the day as needed. All in all I like it. It works well, has enough settings to please a hot person, and seems well made... Happy days. Happy cool days. Now bring back winter! ๐ Further edit after a couple of weeks...works well still and lasts a long while on lower power. One minor annoyance is the led display, which is a bit bright for use at night...I stick tape over the display if it's running all night.

The Ultimate Flexible Fan. A Must Have!
โI absolutely love the JISULIFE Life7 Handheld Fan! If you are looking for the ultimate flexible cooling solution, this is exactly what you need. โWhat makes this fan stand out is its brilliant 3-in-1 foldable design. The head folds up to 150 degrees, meaning you can hold it like a standard fan, angle it on a table as a desk fan, or use the included lanyard to wear it around your neck for hands free cooling. โThe performance is fantastic. It features 5 different wind speeds, from a gentle breeze to a seriously powerful blast, and the 12 blade design pushes a lot of air. What really sold me was the massive 5000mAh battery. It lasts for days on a single charge (up to 19.5 hours on the lower settings), so I never have to worry about it dying while I'm out. The built in LED digital display is also a lifesaver, as it shows you exactly what speed you're on and the exact battery percentage remaining. โItโs lightweight, relatively quiet, and feels incredibly well made. โI highly recommend this to anyone who needs a reliable, versatile fan for commuting, traveling, or just surviving the summer heat. 100% worth the money!

Better than the numbers suggest - very impressed
There are many factors to a great fan - portability, design, battery life, wind speed, wind speed at different distances, and air volume moved. This fan strikes an amazing balance of all. (I) The design is great as you can put it on your kneck, desk, or hold it in your hand. (Ii) The battery, whilst not as long as some more premium models is still long enough, I slept for 8 hours with it on level 2 and it still had 23% battery left. (Iii) Although the wind speed is lower than some more premium models it also deteriorates less over distance and has a larger volume of air pushed so can actually cool you down faster. Speed 2 was enough for a hot summer night from a distance of 1 meter from my face (30 degrees celcius in daytime, night was still very hot but not sure what temperature exactly). I will be testing this in the horrid heat of China over the coming weeks, but for even the most extreme UK weather this thing is brilliant. Update: I used this in China for three weeks and it was fantastic. As there is Aircon inside I never used more than 40% of the battery a day. Only minus is I could have bought it in Shenzhen for ยฃ9! Several family members bought one after seeing mine.

Fantastic!!
Moves plenty of air without making too much noise. The foldable head makes it a great portable desk fan too. Battery lasts for ages, and the build quality feels good. Only trouble is, I want another one but they're like hens teeth right now.

Powerful but noisy
Good fan. It's very powerful, the battery lasts for ages, and the display is very helpful. However, it's much noisier than I expected. I bought it to use at school because the classrooms get very hot, but the noise is too loud to use during lessons. I can only use it on level 1, as the higher settings are too noisy. If you're looking for a quiet handheld fan, this may not be the best choice.

I BOUGHT IT 3 TIMES because of how good it is (5000mah)
This thing is nuts. I bought it 3 times last month, once for myself, and then twice for family members who kept ditching their own fans to use mine! I even got multiple strangers approaching me to ask where I got it ๐ It feels premium, sturdy, durable, stylish and powerful! It's a little bigger than normal fans, but that's not a problem at all - if you attach the neck strap then shorten it and put it around your neck, you can aim it at your face it doesn't really move around. Even if you want to hold it, it's quite pleasant to carry around. Setting 1 and 2 is usually plenty of airflow for me while at home. While outside I don't really need to go above 3 unless its really warm or windy/humid. Setting 3 and higher is a little loud, but if you're outside it's really not that noticeable. 5 is kinda loud, but honestly, nobody notices as much as you think they will, especially if you're somewhere busy, it will drown out into white noise quite fast (you'll hardly need to use 5, its so strong on the lower settings) The battery life is great. While I'm at home using only 1 and 2, I can easily get multiple days use out of it (except when I have it on my face all night). Charging takes a good few hours, so I just leave it on charge while I sleep whilst using it. The tilting neck is a game changer and so handy for me to just plop it down in front and angle it perfectly. The little LCD screen is great, not super bright to eat away at battery life, and not dim enough to the point I cant see my battery life when out and about. GREAT value for money in my opinion. SOME USEFUL INFO TO KNOW: - If the battery is below 15%, when charging, you wont be able to go past setting 1. After surpassing 15% you can use it at full power - To turn it off, you can just hold down the power button rather than cycling through each power setting - You can double tap the power button to check your battery life - There is a little killswitch at the back to prevent it from turning on it your bag or something accidentally - To clean it, you can unscrew the little screw at the back, then twist the back grill anti-clockwise until it clicks out of position, (and vice versa to close it again) - When charging, the neck area may get warm/hotter than normal, but it will cool down after 80% as the wattage input lowers itself

Effective & Robust Little Fan
I bought this little fan for a day trip to London when it was 32 degrees. It is robust and feels well-made. The five speeds are useful, as is the folding handle so that the fan can be placed on a flat surface. It has been a lifesaver this week as temperatures soar in the UK, I sit it in front of me when I'm watching TV or in bed and it makes me so much more comfortable. Highly recommended as an inexpensive way to feel a bit cooler this summer!

Super quiet and great air flow. Multi uses.
I've had the ultra 2. The Life 9 and the 7 now. To be totally honest the ultra 2 is great just on a level that is both felt and cooling it's very loud. Especially if using indoors. Sounds like a jet engine taking off lol. It's amazing quality all the Jisulife products. As of now. Trying many to suit my needs. I have the hand held 7 it's quiet and can be used hands free. Tabletop or just holding and the larger fan makes a wider air flow. And it's as I mentioned very quiet. For rapid cooling now I just use a portable duster with a slide control just to use on low it's very powerful and has so many other uses and produces a far greater powerful air flow if or when needed. Between the two I'm set for the summer. I've had a misting fan as well a couple actually. But the fans are to weak. And so I have a lil mini spray bottle if in the extreme heat. As to spray my face arms neck then use the fan , conduction cools the area rapidly drawing the heat away from the body. Just seems to be more effective in my opinion. I thought carrying the extra bottle would be a bother but it's really not. I used to worry about the misting fan leaking and would bring an extra bottle anyways and so I got used to it. As I over heat very easy these two are amazing. This life 7 and the portable duster are perfect for me. I suppose just have to find what works for you best. In my experience tho I would absolutely say jisulife fans are the best quality and worth the money. Really just comes down to what works for you and what u enjoy and address willing to spend. I've also a waist fan that clips into my belt and my t-shirt on the outer side of the fan and cools my back when I'm out working on the heat.
