Great in anything that you need that extra bit of crunch. I eat in everything. Makes a good snack alone also. I also add cocoa cover almond with them for a snack and they are great. This product is great if you like heat. They can a bit much for those don't like spicy foods. They are a little pricey, but sometimes you need to get yourself a little gift. They are 1 pound bags. Good stuff.
