I use these for pop up markets to sell tamales and rice/beans at. I was super tired one evening after an event and left the hot pans in the box since there wasn't much left in them and I was planning on cleaning them the next day. I had started putting hot pans in the box at 4PM, at 11PM when we were done, I put the closed box in the cleaning area. At noon the next day, the pans were still hot enough that I needed some towels to grab them. The cold doesn't last as long, but frozen food stays frozen for about 8 hours for me. Outside temps in the 70s for the event I was at, we will see how they do as summer in Texas progresses.
