Delicious and lasts long
I love Dijon mustard actually any kind of mustard but Dijon by Whole Foods is my fav just regarding the flavor. I think this is a good value for your money and it has a good texture. It lasts for a long time and overall good quality! I put it in my salad dressing and I’m always super happy with it, but my partner uses it on their sandwiches and is equally pleased.

It's okay but, it tastes funny like some of the ingredients are burnt maybe. I compared it directly after tasting Grey Poupon and it is not nearly as good, so I gave it away.

I needed a good mustard in order to make the kind of mayonnaise I enjoy. This mustard is perfect! A neighbor came over and tasted it. She loved it and that was because of the mustard. The mustard is the flavor at the forefront of my mayo, so it was important to me to find a good one that I didn't have to mortgage my house to buy (like Grey Poupon). With mayo so expensive these days, making it not only saves me a lot of money, but it's actually so much better than the store bought stuff! It only takes 3 minutes with my Bamix immersion blender and I have mayo! I make 1/2 cup of mayo almost every day! It stores really well in the freezer.I also made oil and vinegar dressing and this mustard is a necessary addition not only because it tastes so good, but because it helps emulsify the dressing.If you like Grey Poupon, I highly recommend this mustard. It's a little milder, but just as flavorful.
