A friend gave me one of these when I visited Korea. We went up the Bukhansan mountain (if you ever visit Korea and you are physically fit, try this one - you won't regret it), and he said he didn't want me to pass out. (Listen, there was nothing wrong with me, and no, I wasn't going to pass out) I guess I took the bait because I have been using it ever since. There are two reasons - I like the taste, and it helps me stay focused, plus it reminds me of that wonderful place I'll be revisiting soon!

Gives you a little boost in the morning

This didn’t work for me. I feel bad giving this rating but this is my experience… they made me feel sick. I couldn’t use them and still function I felt so ill… I really wanted to like them and I truly do need more energy but for me they did not work.
