This L glutamine is really easy to take and feels gentle on the stomach. After using it for a little while, I noticed my digestion felt a bit more settled. It is not a dramatic change, but it does seem to offer steady support. The powder mixes well and has no taste, which makes it simple to add to water or a shake. A good option if you want something mild for gut health.

This is my first day using l-glutamine. I am taking this to make sure my gut microbiome is well. L-glutamine is also known to heal joint pain related to leaky gut. I have a few aches that I believe may have to do with my digestion. This is only “one” of several Thorne products I have purchased. It is my favorite supplement company. With this particular supplement, there is no bad aftertaste. In fact, there is no burping our negative reaction after taking this supplement. I usually have a reaction within a few hours of taking any supplements, as my body is very sensitive. I have never been disappointed with their products. I expect great results with Thorne and that is what I always get. As far as cost, I refuse to put a price tag on my health. The price is reasonable and the amount you receive is fair. I will post an update about the effectiveness, and how I feel, in a few weeks.

I rented a house that had high levels of toxic mold/mycotoxins for 8 months and finally realized the reason for my numerous illnesses and debilitating sickness was from mold. I have CIRS and the mold took the worst toll possible on my gut. I developed food allergies to so many foods. I couldn’t eat anything without getting bloated, extremely tired, and out of breath. I was also always constipated and the only way I’d have a bowel movement was when I’d take my Adderall which I had to get in because the mold, but that caused me to have HORRIBLE IBS because my gut was so messed up! Detox is brutal and without a healthy gut, it’s impossible. I tried everything and spent HUNDREDS of dollars trying to heal my gut. Finally I read about this and figured I’d give it a try. I took it at like 2am one night on an empty stomach and I immediately felt gas leave my body and bloating go down. I for some reason only needed 3 hours of sleep that night instead of being able to sleep all day! When I woke up after a few hours, I felt SOO much better. INSTANT RELIEF! All the bloating was gone and I had almost completely normal bowel movements and better energy. After taking one the second night, I had healthy bowel movements, normal sleep FINALLY, no bloating, much less fatigue, etc. it truly was the only thing to be able to help me and I’m so grateful I’ve tried this. There are certain vitamins and supplements that I can live without but this isn't one of them. They help me function every day so much better.
