The dehydrator came packaged perfectly and nothing was missing. Very easy to use and I love the fact that it gives you the option of higher temperatures unlike a lot of other dehydrators. I have used this for jerky and fruit so far, and it works like a charm!! Also very easy to clean! If I had any negatives to say about this dehydrator, it would be that the door doesn’t seem to be very durable. After using it only twice, I not have to lift up on the door slightly to get it to close. But other than that, I could not be more pleased!!

I love this. It has so many endless possibilities. Great way to preserve your food.

It worked fine the first time. The second time I tried using it the display just blinked on and of while chirping self righteously at me. The only redeeming quality is the entertainment value provided by reading some of the recipes that came with it's instructional booklet. Edit: after doing my due diligence and opening up the top (not the back as the product support page says) to check the fuse, which was obviously fine as there was still power to the display, I'm not seeing any sort of thermocouple or any temperature sensing element, so it looks like this thing is flying blind as far as temperature control goes. I bought this primarily to use to dry filament for 3D printing, so that is kind of important. It does look relatively simple electronically, so some sort of PID controller could likely be added to mod it.

It came with a dented tray so I was worried about the quality of the machine but it has not disappointed me at all. The last dehydrator I had was a circle and I got this machine to replace it when it broke. The rectangle shape is a much more efficient holding space, it's easy to clean and doesn't seem to get as dirty as my last one. The timer is amazing and works well with the temprature which slowly cools down when then time runs out instead of just turning off. Overall super happy with this purchase.

First time using it today 🤞 Pros* It heats quickly to desired temperature. It is compact so takes very small counter space. It comes with a guide for different foods. It has 2 silicone mats It has (half mitts - very tiny) Meat hanger Cons* The outside gets very hot 🔥! Definitely warn others in household to not touch the dehydrator while on. *The one ordered is a 10 tray, and much smaller than expected. For small jobs it works fine - If you are wanting to do alot at once, maybe size up or seek the round style dehydrator if counter space is an issue. First test run today - will see how it goes dehydrating fruit. If anything negative occurs, I will update on here.

The racks are not as long as my other one . This unit has hotter has a longer timer on it and has 12 trays . I was surprised how much I was able to get in there . All the racks are stainless steel, has a light in it . I’m very happy with it . Highly recommend
