The whole box is kind of hard to carry up 3 floors. It’s heavy and bulky. But happily the assembly is pretty straightforward. It comes with different parts such as bottom, armrests, back support. No tools needed to put the chair together. The padding is soft and comfortable, particularly around the back and armrests. The cushion is making it comfy for long sitting. When fully reclined, the footrest smoothly extends, providing great support for relaxation or naps. The backrest leans at a comfortable angle without feeling too stiff or sinking too much. The chair does come with massage, heat, intensity, and timer function. Not as pro as a massage chair, but will provide a great comforting nap with much gentler force.

It is beautiful. I never expected it to be this beautiful. This will be the chair that I sit in all winter long very comfortable and what a good massage it gives thank you thank you very much.

Awful. Do not buy. Go to a big box store and get a real massage and heating chair for the same amount of money already put together. Thin, cheap fabric. Most of the pieces do not fit together. Putting it together without injuring myself or tearing the cheap fabric was a miracle. They put the two arm supports inside the motor area in the bottom of the chair making it impossible to pull them out. I guessed, that if I could get the chair's foot rest to move up, I could squeeze my hand in and pull them out without injuring myself. You have to do this before you do any assembly: plug the motor in and raise the footrest.The "velcro" strip on the arm rest that you are supposed to attach to the chair body to keep it in place is too short to reach the chair body. I could never get them to stick together. The "velcro" piece on the chair back does not line up with the velcro strip on the back frame that it is supposed to attach to.The massage feature is not a massage but a very light vibration . This is a $150 chair not a $500 chair.

Bought this chair not knowing what to expect. But I LOVE it! The massager has multiple choices. The heating element is perfect! You also have "intensity" adjustment. Easy to put together. I'd definitely buy another one.

For the price, the chair seemed like a bargain. But once set up the clicking when I rocked drove me crazy and it rocked a little ‘off.’ I tipped it over and found the left side of the seat spring is broken and hitting the bottom frame. I have tried to fix it but the spring is much too hard to fix. You would need special tools to pull it back into place. And I had to cut the fabric to even find the problem. Good thing my favorite standby duct tape is applied under the chair to put it back up off the floor.And I really like the electronic foot rest & back heater. That’s a 5!I can’t return the item because I no longer have the box to reship it. I can’t imagine the return store would take it was it is pictured.I’m very disappointed. I paid for a chair that rocks wonky, clicks, and sags on the left side of the seat. Bummer, because the actual material and cushioning is very comfortable. I have it 3 for this reason because the spring came off and I can’t get it back in place.UPDATE: I’ve been using the chair since I’ve been able to partially fix the spring. It’s holding pretty well as the spring is pretty thick & tough. No more wonky rocking or squeak noise at all.It is a very comfortable chair! It has really helped with my neck and back pain. I like that it moves from side to side as that helps minimize neck pain when you’re watching TV, looking out a window, or just using a foot stool. The cushioning they use is exceptional. I’ve upgraded this to a 4star after using only because I still can’t get the spring to hook correctly under the chair. Otherwise it was more than worth the price.

The shoulders keep on coming down since the first day I got it. I was sick with my knee and I need it this chair. It is beautiful comfortable but the two shoulders hand shoulder keep on coming down. I love the heat the massage, but the shoulders are the biggest problem They fall down. all the time I have an operation in my kneecap my back is messed up and I needed something comfortable. I haven’t had time to complain about it. Thank you.
