Overall, it’s a high-quality supplement that does exactly what it claims to do. I’m knocking off one star just because the price point is a bit high for a 30-day supply (if taking 2 daily), but the relief is worth it for me.

Alginate therapy in liquid form worked fine but carrying it around and using it when eating out was never practical. Same active ingredient in a capsule that fits in a pocket is a completely different level of convenient.
