Pain relief for my sciatica 100%. If you have tried to sleep with a pillow between your knees, I’m sure it wasn’t easy! This pillow has been a life saver for me since I am a side sleeper this pillow makes it easy to keep your knees elevated. Also noticed my snoring has lessened a lot. It was not flat at all the stuffing was more than enough but not to bulky. Wash ability is easy and comes back to its fullness. Definitely great value for your money.

I had been wanting to buy a pregnancy pillow bc for the last 6 years i cannt lay flat to sleep due to my lupus. My back aches to the point of tears if I do. I had used my sister-in-laes preg pillow when I watched their house while she was in labor, and it really helped offer my back support so i could lay on my side. But I did not want to pay such outlandish prices for one. So when I came across this one on a lightening deal for under $30, I had to try it. The reviews weren't terrible, so I got it. I hate anything that is vacuum sealed bc it always ruins something about that product. This was no different. It was triple vacuum sealed, and caused the back support arch to have a 4in gap without any stuffing at all. I took the cover off and tried my best to fix that, but it is not the same as the rest of the pillow. The pillow itself is not firm enough to offer any good amount of support, its flimsy. It is soft, has a removeable cover you can wash which is cool. But i cannot find a zipper so I can add my own stuffing to firm it up. With all that said, I did enjoy sleeping with it even though laying flat was out of the question. ( I started out flat on my side but woke at 3am in tears) So i gave it 3 stars for the softness, price and enjoyment. It did not meet my needs though.

I am a side sleeper. Not pregnant either. I cannot sleep without my pillow. Wrap a leg over and sleep so well. Either side. Bought my mom one as she has hip issues. Hoping it works for her. She will get hers today.

Ich bin begeistert und kann das Kissen jedem weiterempfehlen. Habe mir das Kissen gekauft nicht weil ich schwanger bin sondern weil ich probleme habe mit dem Nacken, Kreuz und deswegen nicht gut geschlafen habe aber zeit ich das Kissen habe schlafe ich wie ein Engel und habe keine schmerzen und auch keine schlafprobleme mehr. Würde es mir immer wieder kaufen.

I absolutely love this pillow and recommend it. I am not pregnant but this pillow has been crucial helping me get a good night’s sleep recovering from a surgery where I need to stay on my back and need some support for my stomach. I had many sleepless nights before I got this pillow. And it is very soft and snuggly. It is Excellent quality for the price.

Ich finde das Kissen tatsächlich in allen Punkten hervorragend, bis auf die Tatsache, dass doch teilweise für mich zu wenig Füllung drin ist und ich für das Kissen innen keinen Reißverschluss habe, um Füllung nachzufüllen. Dennoch hat mir dieses Kissen unwahrscheinlich beim schlafen geholfen, da ich unter einer kaputten Lendenwirbelsäule leide. Seitdem wache ich nachts nicht mehr von Rückenschmerzen auf und auch tagsüber fürs Sofa könnte ich mir kein anderes Kissen mehr vorstellen. Es riecht auch nicht unangenehm o.ä. Für mich perfekt - bis auf den Punkt mit der Füllung. Daher ein Stern Anzug.
