First, I was impressed by the speedy delivery of the product. I placed the order and had it 2 days later, which was 2 days before the estimated delivery. I bought it as a birthday present for my mother and when she opened it we were both impressed by the weight and craftsman ship of the music box. It was smaller than I imagined it to be based off the picture but not by much. It's great quality and the song it plays is "Wind beneath my wings" and is actually really nice to just leave open and listen to. If you're looking for a gift to make your mom feel special and something she'll love, this is definitely the gift. And on top of getting her a gift she'll love, you're getting great service with the handling of the product. I'll probably buy more from Cottage Garden now that I know how wonderful they are.

Buyer Beware!! I should have read the reviews before I purchased this. I am embarrassed I gave this to my mother for Mothers Day. She opened it in front of my whole family and goes to play it and IT DOESNT WORK. Talk about a let down. This music box had only 2 jobs and that was to hold jewelry and to play a song... Pretty sad. I should have read the reviews and saw how half the customers complain the box doesn't play... Why would amazon allow this crap to be sold when so many customers have said it was faulty...

I ordered the box that played wind beneath my wings, because it has a very strong sentimental value. I ordered to be here in time for Christmas, however when it arrived it played the wrong song and played wonderful world. I'm so upset because now I won't have a gift for my mother for Christmas.

Ordered for my mom for Christmas because it played Wind Beneath my Wings which is very sentimental for us. When she opened it, it played Wonderful World instead! She loves music boxes so wasnt too disappointed but I mostly bought it because of the song. There is nor a lot of space in the box either since the music player takes up half the inside. Nice lid and quality though.

Would have given 0 if I could. Wish I had listened to all the negative reviews. Specifically ordered the one that plays Wind Beneafh My Wings. The sticker on the bottom said wonderful Life. But I guess that doesn’t matter since it doesn’t play anything! What a HUGE disappointment. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a special birthday moment. 😡

I got this for my mom for Christmas and she opened it and began to cry....the box plays wind beneath my wings and that is exactly what my mom is to me. She believes in everything I do and is always encouraging. This was the perfect gift! My only little quarm with the music part, is that it plays too fast..even if you barely wind it. I had to slow it down so my mom got what song it was. Otherwise its awesome!

My wife loved this but it is to small. It is very well made and has a great finish on it but the size is the only issue. It looks bigger than it is online. Wish they had a bigger model.

I bought this for my Mom. She just passed away in January, so May will be a tough month. I received the music box today and it really is beautiful and it played the correct song, The Wind Beneath My Wings, which was extremely important to me, it was her favorite song. I know she would have loved it. Thank you to the seller of this music box, for making this difficult day to come, easier on me.
