Easy to use. Obviously will hopefully never know if it works but you just have to trust sometimes.

I haven't really used it yet. But it will do the job nicely. It seems easy to use and apply. It says it will give a good sealant and stickiness

Heat resistant
Easy to use, quality material. I used to fill up the hole around radiator pipes. It hardened quickly, sealed the hole fine and it still does its job after 2 heating seasons. Good value for money, I can only recommend it.
