Bonjour, le parmigiano Reggiano plus connu en France sous le nom de parmesan. J’ai commandé celui-ci avec une légère hésitation et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu de mon achat, je retrouve le goût du parmigiano de mon enfance, rien à voir avec celui que l’on trouve en France, il sera le compagnon idéal des pâtes al dente bien sûr. N’hésitez pas si vous voulez goûter au vrai goût du parmigiano, vous ne serez pas déçu
