What is the difference between the multicolor and limited edition?

There really isn't supposed to be a difference. Checking with a Funko Pop catalog, this version of Boo is the only one they made and there were no "Limited Editions" to date. Unless amazon or the other third party seller can show you the difference, it's safe to say they're they same.
