Pure Chem Distilled Water Ironing Water - CPAP Machines, Steam Irons

Finding a truly reliable source of steam-distilled water is essential when you are using it for health and personal care appliances. After trying a few options, this 5L bottle from "PureChem" has become my absolute go-to. It delivers on every front, from the pristine quality of the water to the excellent bulk value. Purity & Performance: The purity of this water is undeniable. I primarily use it for two demanding tasks: filling my neti pot for sinus rinses and running my facial steamer. For nasal irrigation, absolute purity is a non-negotiable safety requirement, and this steam-distilled water leaves me with total peace of mind—there is absolutely no irritation or chemical residue. When used in my face steamer, it leaves zero mineral buildup or scale, ensuring the machine functions flawlessly and cooks up a clean, pure steam every single time. Size & Convenience: The 5L container size is incredibly practical. It hits the perfect sweet spot of being large enough to last a very long time—even with frequent use across multiple devices—without being so heavy and unmanageable that it’s difficult to pour. The bottle itself is sturdy, and the handle makes it easy to control when decanting into smaller appliances. Delivery & Value: Beyond the product quality, the value for money here is fantastic for a generous 5-litre volume. To top it off, the delivery was incredibly fast and the heavy bottle arrived perfectly intact with no leaks or damaged caps. Is this for you?? If you need high-purity, premium distilled water for medical, health, or cosmetic devices, this is a flawless choice. It’s affordable, completely pure, and highly economical. I will definitely keep reordering this exact brand.

I bought this 5-litre bottle of distilled water specifically for watering my house plants, and it has been absolutely brilliant. Many delicate indoor varieties are incredibly sensitive to the chlorine and heavy minerals found in standard tap water, so switching to a 100% pure steam-distilled option is a total game-changer for their health. Since using it, I’ve noticed a huge improvement—there's no unsightly white mineral crust forming on the top layer of soil, and the tips of the leaves aren't turning brown or crisping up anymore. It is completely pure and unflavored, giving me complete peace of mind that I'm not introducing hidden impurities to the root systems. The 5L container size is an excellent value for money and lasts a reasonable amount of time for a standard indoor setup. The jug itself is sturdy, though it can be a bit heavy to pour directly when full, so I find it easiest to decant it into a smaller watering can first. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to keep their houseplants thriving!

I've bought this for the second time, and it hasn't disappointed. One bottle lasted me almost a year before I started running low. I use it for my terrarium because I don't want water stains forming on the glass, and it does the job perfectly. As you can see, there are no visible water marks in my terrarium. It has no smell, unlike tap water, and is free from minerals that can leave residue behind. Although it may seem a little expensive compared to regular water, a small amount goes a long way. I'll definitely be buying more in a few months when I need a refill. I only have one terrarium, but for my setup, it works great.

I was fed up having to keep purchasing new irons as they would get furred up with lime scale inside and would never clean properly. After using this distilled water for a year I can confirm now new iron has been required. My only gripe is that the water went up from approx £9 per 5L container to £13! That’s a steep increase!

Always comes on time, I use this for various things in my house. Not much to complain about the it does the job and no more like scale in my electronic devices

Having delved into the carnivorous plant world followed with a bit of research and YouTube. It's important that these plants do not get watered with anything except rainwater, distilled water or reverse osmosis water. Not always a problem in the UK with rain if you can collect enough. Alas living in a flat that's easier said then done ! Using this water over the few weeks in a tray to keep my pots moist , combined with a grow gang planta light my Venus fly traps are looking pretty happy. Lots of new trap growth , nice developing colouration with in the traps and on the leaves Great value if you're in an area with limited availability for water storage. Also Great for cleaning today's TV screens, as that's another good use for no mineral based water. Little spray bottle filled with this water Mist a soft microfibre cloth and clean your electric equipment screens without fear of damage to the coatings. Arrived well packaged in a standard plastic storage bottle .

Great product to use for carnivorous plants when rainwater is running a bit scarce

Good product, good value for money, struggle to get stuff like this in shop in UK so ordered, came quickly, lots of it! I use it for lots of things, make lots of products. Obviously if you’re buying 5 litres the product can be heavy to lift, but this was expected. Packaging was good, no leakage that I’ve noted. Good product.
