This is my first ever amazon review because the world needs to know: it works! After 30, I suddenly became a lightweight. If I ever mixed drinks over the course of a night, I would wake up extremely hangover the next day - groggy, headaches, terrible sleep quality. Same if I have more than three glasses of wine. I had four different drinks last night and took H-Proof along with drinking some electrolytes before bed. I woke up feeling absolutely fine! There is a trace of tiredness there (maybe because sleep quality remains sub optimal when you drink?), but not to the same degree as I would typically experience after a boozy night out. I woke up ready to seize the day. It has earned a permanent spot in my kitchen cabinet.

I might as well be a brand rep for them because I tell everyone and their mom about these tablets. I am in my mid 30s and these are miracle workers. I refuse to have a few drinks without them lol. Do they taste amazing? Not really but they are SO effective. I’ve yet to be hungover when taking these after drinking. Prior to them, I’d be out for the count for a whole day if I had more than 3 drinks in a night. Just don’t forget to take them once you’re done drinking!

This is game changer! First time trying it and can definitely say it works! I’m 30+ and use to not be able to enjoy a glass or two of red wine without feeling miserable in the morning. Until Hproof! Hangover prevention!

I have tried just about every hangover pill in the book and this by far takes the cake. Brought them with me on a week long bender and it stood the test, every single day I woke up feeling great. There are of course small hangover symptoms in the morning but nothing a coffee and some water couldn’t fix. Can’t recommend this enough!

These really work 100%, I’ve purchased 3 times, even though they are over priced. The proof for me is you don’t feel like crap the next morning after over drinking.

Did not work for me. If product don't work the last drink at night you have to take another 2 tabels when you wake up. Before you now it supply is depleted. Too expensive for me to do this route. Taking these pills

Coming from a skeptic, these work great! Had a rough night before visiting a theme park with roller coasters. Thought I wasn't going to be able to partake. Buddy introduced me to these the night prior. I felt amazing the next day. They do, however, turn your picds neon green.

These help so much! I feel way better in the morning but of course they’ll be the days where I don’t. I will always take these.
