I used a FluidStance board a few years ago at studio I was working at and always wanted one of my own ever since. The Plane is a little smaller than the original board, but it works just as well and is quality made. Strange as it sounds, the light balancing and ability to rock back and forth and side by side helps keep the blood pumping and the brain alert and sharp. the great thing is that once you get working while on the board. you don't even think about it, the movement is instinctive and subtle enough not to be distracting.

My second Fluidstance. I also own the level. I wanted another for back at the office, so I purchased this one. These boards are great and the company is fantastic to work with. I listed after the level for 6 years before I could finally afford to purchase one. For those who complain about the price point and the difficulty level—Fluidsrance makes sustainable products that are patented with a high ekvelnof engineering and design, part of that means that the item is just going to be more expensive. You know that when you buy it. Get over it or find another product. You get exactly what you’re expecting here. These boards aren’t going ti make you feel like you’re working your muscles if you’re a reasonable fit person. It is meant to help you maintain concentration while working. Idk what kinds of jobs the people complaining work, but I’m not trying to work out while working, I’m trying to enhance my work. The board keeps my body moving and feeling good by bringing softness to my back and knees as opposed to standing. If you need more of a challenge (I sometimes do) the level board purchased from their website comes with a challenge cap that makes balancing more difficult. Manage your expectations. This board is for you if you are focused on improving work at a desk and not exercising and can afford this product.

Love this balance board. Got a standing desk a while back and even with the anti fatigue pad I still felt like I needed to sit down a while every hour or so. I am also fairly fidgety and this board is great for both issues. I can stand on this 8 hours and feel great. Knees and back feel so much better than just standing or sitting and I stay in motion quite a bit twisting and rocking my feet back and forth. It took a couple days for my stabilizer muscles to get used to it but it was worth it. My heels do tend to get sore after a work day on the board if I don't wear shoes, but that is not a big deal to me.

I like this balance board, but I don't love it. It has added some fun to working from home in quarantine. I also think this has relieved a pain in my leg that I would get after being at a standing desk all day. This board is not hard to balance on unless I put my feet closer to the edges. I think I expected to have to put in more effort. I do like that it has 360 movement and not just side to side. Overall, good quality, interesting product. If you have money to waste, I recommend.

I've used other boards that either fell apart or just don't offer much range of motion, just rock back and forth. I've had the first Fluidstance board for about a month, and I LOVE it. I have a sit/stand electric desk, and this board if far and away the best one I've used. I have balance issues so it really is a terrific and fun way to keep moving and it is not so difficult that I can't read or type. This board is very well made, it is sturdy and the deck has a great "soft ride". If you focus on your core, you will feel it! Highly recommend this product.

This board allows me to be in constant movement while I work. I am able to engage my core muscles and every muscle in my legs. I never stand still when I am using this board. My legs love me by the end of the day and muscle tone has improved. It is sturdy and the grip on the shoe side even allows me to wear my heels on it and not slip. So which shoes I wear doesn’t matter as I can still use the board.

Initially, I really really like this product – in fact, I bought one for Home and one for work as I definitely used it for my standing desk. Great exercise great to stand absolutely in love with it. I bought the first one in March 2021 in the 2 November 2021. Fast forward recently I noticed as you can see in the photographs that, the on top is somewhat coming up. In addition to the fact it wasn’t as comfortable. It was like it was losing his bounce. It has a lifetime warranty, so I research to the company about it and they basically said Warranty does not cover the issues I presented in the photo even though after I explained to him that it was not as comfortable as before. Considering the money I spent for it, I will look elsewhere going forward just know that if you purchase this do not expect it to last a lifetime.
