I'm glad I drink Exhale I have been drinking it since October last year and I've lost a lot of weight. It's definitely worth the money I spend on it. 100 points from me. It's very handy that it gives energy and stops hunger. I'm able to have one meal a day or drink more drinks. If I have something nice treat wise I have it with my meal or exercise when I can after having the treat. I have also gone a full day and night before with out eating anything. On days like that all I do is drink.

Gonna be blunt.This stimulates your system and makes you go to the toilet. I'd say no more than 2 a day,Especially when you first start drinking it.But it really makes you feel great & I can genuinely feel the difference.It also tastes lush.
