It's a very small container of cream, so your first thought might be, "I paid how much for this?!" But I can attest that the directions are accurate...a little goes a long way. It says to use a pea-sized amount and that really seems to be enough to cover the entire face, so this little canister will last much longer than you expect. It has a very slight fragrance when it's being applied, and it dissipates almost right away, so it won't compete with other scents you've got going on. It also glides on and absorbs exceptionally well...no greasy after-feel or excess shiny skin. You'll forget it's there pretty quickly. It does work best with other products, as it mentions, like an additional face moisturizer and/or SPF, so it's not a stand-alone cream, but it does wonders when combined with high-quality products. I definitely notice a difference when using this cream, even if it's slight, every little bit helps as we age. My wife isn't a shower-you-with-compliments kind of woman, but she has mentioned that my skin looks good recently. That's a win in my book!

I've been using the Brickell Retinol EYE Cream for a couple months now and I've been shocked by how well it has performed. I'm used to reading incredible claims about anti-aging/wrinkle creams and then trying them out only to find no discernible difference in the appearance of my skin. The Retinol Eye cream, however, was very different. After using it for a month or so, I began to see a noticable difference in the skin around my eyes. The lines were smoothing to a significant degree and the skin color really did start to look healthier and more vibrant. I'd never used a retinol product and I can only assume that is what made the difference. The improvements have only increased the longer I've used it and I will now ONLY use the Retinol Eye Cream around my eyes going forward. SO...when I saw that Brickell had developed a full-FACE retinol moisturizer, I was excited. I immediately purchased a jar and have now been using it for nearly two weeks. I'm just beginning to see results and from my experience with the eye cream, I expect to see those results increase in coming weeks and months. The moisturizer is light weight, very comfortable, rubs into the skin quickly and easily and a little goes a long way. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with it--though, I wish it came in larger quantities. Now, I still REALLY love my Brickell Daily Moisturizer and Instant Relief Aftershave and still typically use those in the morning after I shave. I'm using the retinol moisturizer in a more targeted way in the areas where I feel I need it the most (around the temples and parts of my neck area). And, I am using it sometimes at night--depending on my routine that day. The results I'm seeing to this point aren't exactly dramatic...but it is making a difference and I expect those results to become more and more noticeable as time goes on. I know some people can have a hard time with retinol and it can be irritating to some people's skin. I'd describe my skin as pretty sensitive but I've had no problems whatsoever with the Brickell retinol products. Brickell has clearly formulated their products to be gentle and non-irritating. This is yet another GREAT product by Brickell. At this point, their products are about all I put on my face and I look forward to seeing what this one will do over time! It provides great hydration, is easy to use and it really does help with the fine lines and wrinkles. I can't recommend it enough!
