⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best recommendation I can give is this: I bought one for my daughter, and after seeing how amazing it was, I came back and bought another for my son. That’s how much confidence I have in this product. The quality, performance, comfort, and reliability have exceeded my expectations. It’s well built, easy to use, and brings a huge smile to my children’s faces every time they ride it. Finding a product that delivers exactly what it promises is rare these days, but the i9 certainly does. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would recommend it without hesitation.

i ordered it 2 days ago after it was saying it would be delivered in 7-8 days and it arrived in 2 days, really fast good quality it's worth the money it's quite cheap, took 10 minuets to assemble and it's very durable and portable, the only thing i would say is that it's got this screeching noise when you press the breaks, it doesn't really affect me so overall i would recommend, i will show a tutorial on how to get sports mode

I have reviewed my original review and upgraded it to a 5 star rating having now used it numerous times in different conditions. My only reason for not giving it a 5 star review originally is that the instruction manual that came with it only indicated 2 different speed settings which are Eco (economical) and D (drive). It was only after I had searched and found a video on Youtube that I was able to find out how to activate the (S) Sports setting. (To achieve it you have to press the brake and then the control button rapidly 5 times and that then locks in the choice of the 3 different speed settings). Eco limits your speed to 6 MPH, D(Drive) is 12 MPH and S (Sports) is 18 MPH. On my first few trips I was disappointed with how it tackled hills but on reflection it does state that it is only suitable for inclines of 15 degrees and below and the scooter copes well on those inclines. I was dubious also about the scooter achieving the distances they claimed but after numerous trips under different conditions I am confident that the scooter can achieve them using the appropriate speed mode and terrain. I recently visited my local park and then travelled along the Swansea promenade to Mumbles which is predominantly flat and back which was 13 kms and the battery indicator had just dropped to the 2nd bar when I arrived home. So, the 20 Km minimum would have been achieved easily if I had travelled further. My main consideration for purchasing an e-scooter was the weight factor as I have a total of 35 steps before I get to my home. Most that I looked at were heavy and heavier than my bike, so when I came across this scooter claiming to be 12kgs and cheaper as well as lighter than others I had looked at then I decided this was the scooter for me. True enough, it folds and is easier to carry up the steps than my bike which is the same weight. My only regret now is that I should have waited for the Black Friday sales as it is now £30 cheaper. But it is still worth it at the full price as still cheaper than competitors. I am also very impressed with the after sales service. They have been in contact with me a couple of times regarding the issue of the instruction manual which they are looking into.

Superb scooter. Bought for 10 year old granddaughter and she loves it. 3 different speeds so easy and safe to get used too. Also had a go 90kg male and was effortless with excellent speed. Brakes also really good and fantastic build quality

We are really impressed with his scooter. It works really well. It feels really strong and robust and doesn't weight too much. And looks really smart and expensive too. It's really easy to fold and get in the back of the car or store away. Its so smooth and easy to ride. The instructions do take some getting used to as there are quite a few. I bought this for my 13-year-old boy to go to school and back and he loves it. I would say age wise from 11. My nine year old went on crashed n fell off so heads up.

Great battery life great build quality I love it it’s like the best e scooter available on Amazon go get your self one if your looking for a budget friendly ride overall I’m very pleased of how it came out no damage no scratches like brand new!

It is veryyyyy slow. I bought it less than a month ago and it’s very slow it takes a long time to get anywhere as it only gets up to 4mph. Batter isn’t good either it dies very quickly. I don’t like that you have to hold the little thing the whole time you’re riding as I get finger cramps. It looks ok. I don’t think the motor is that good either

Came faster than estimated time and I live up the top of Scotland. Comes with all the parts needed to assemble which also takes less than five minutes. Fantastic quality, easy to use and lots of fun.
