I just love these mats (yes, plural because I bought multiples for all of my hot tools. I travel a lot and often need to pack right after I get ready in the morning. Waiting for my curling iron or flat iron to cool off is just not an option. Can't tell you how many tools I ruined by running them under cold water to cool them down faster. These mats are great. I just wrap them around my hot tool and put them in my suitcase. I use them at home too. They are great to protect my sink surface and I can put my tools away even when they are hot.

I love that is large enough for several heating tools. I purchased Ivory (it is a soft white); I like the color... very neutral. I have used an iron up to 430, and this product handles that heat well.

Bought a heat mat to protect the counters from my hot irons. I thought this rose gold color looked nice on the website, but it’s the color of the original Silly Putty. The purpose of the product, however is good. It is sturdy, protects the counters and rolls around your iron for travel.

It’s the perfect size for my flat iron and easy to store away. Safe to use on your bathroom countertops and won’t leave any weird marks. I’ll probably end up buying another for my travel bag.
