Connects but doesn't send characters correctly
Doesn't work. Seems like it is failing to work at the correct baud rate, use stop bits correctly or something as typing at more than a character every 3 seconds makes it send the wrong character to the screen.Even then it may still do the wrong thing.

Funciona de maravilla
Funciona muy bien, es plug & play, se descargan los drivers de manera automática en Windows update, funciona como cualquier otro cable de consola con chip FTDI, lo he usado mayormente con equipos Huawei aunque también me funcionó con Cisco y RAD, tamaño no tan largo, algo ajustado, buena calidad por el precio.

Tut was es soll. Funktioniert einwandfrei auf einem aktuell Mac (M1 Chip) und ich kann damit das Netzwerkequipment via Serial ansprechen.
