I recently bought this 12V car cool box for road trips, and it has been an absolute game-changer! very good product , but care needed when putting spare box lid into box ( mine ended up twisted )

A good storage area but does need help in the form of ice blocks to keep the temperature down. It works but not impressed as I put a thermometer inside and only got a few degrees temperature difference from ambient heat over a few hours. Think of it as assisting cooling as opposed to a fridge. I've used it for camping but decided to buy a compressor type fridge that really cools.

Brilliant money well spent

Good point it world fantastically well on my drive to Edinburgh. Food and drinks were still cold after 7 hours of driving. Points of concern. Very sparse packaging, just wrapped in cling film, hence bits of the carry handle were broken on arrival, and the passive lid was forced into the box for transit, and was warped when i took it out. So great for the money, but on reflection i should have paid a bit more for a sturdy version.

Terrible might as well just get a normal cool box the fan doesn't keep it cooler even when putting ice in there. Just drains the battery on your car or campervan. I used it on the leisure battery and it didn't keep it cool and it drained the battery

A good option if you have to wait a few days for a new fridge-freezer to be delivered,has a good capacity and can fit about 7 days frozen foods in

We use this to keep all our fresh foods cool when we are travelling to our caravan which saves us having to go to the shop as soon as we arrive. We have bought a mains adapter so we can use it in the awning for storing things that just need to be kept cool which leaves space in the fridge for foods that need to be refrigerated like dairy and meat. We have also used it in hotels or B&B’s.
