I recently installed the OLUMAT Smart Lock with Handle on my front door, and overall I’m really happy with it. Setup was quick with just a screwdriver, and I love having different ways to unlock—fingerprint, keypad, app, or even a regular key as backup. The auto-lock feature gives me peace of mind when I forget. The only downside is the fingerprint reader isn’t always perfect, especially if my hands are damp, and the app can be a little finicky at times. Still, for the price, it looks great on my door and works well for everyday use.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do and key cards / functionalities work extremely well. As with all fingerprint sensors, doesn’t work if it’s wet. I would suggest when inputting fingerprint memory to make sure you really capture all orientations and widen the focus area from your finger to make it easy to get in.

Easy installation in spite old door with not-so-matching holes. Easy to configure and add fingerprints, fob cards, type-in codes (passkeys). Fingerprint reading works very well with me and our children. No so well with my wife and one (she always ave a lot of trouble with fingerprint-reading devices such airports). But she uses the fob card or the passkey and is also happy with the lock. Later, I ordered the gateway to have this connected to the internet (not arrived yet). Suggestion: there should be a Manual somewhere for definition of concepts, and stuff like this. There is a little bit of guessing at the beginning... if you're a beginner

I really loved this at first. Was great not having to worry about my kids losing their house keys. After just 2 months the door handle broke and we could not open the door. Tried reaching out and kept getting invalid email address. I tried to give them the chance to fix it or help but never got good contact info. So in my opinion this is not worth the money.

Just installed this smart lock. It’s not easy but not crazy hard to install. I had a hard time getting screws lined up and screwed in. I Followed the paper instructions and video online. Tried to use QR code never sent me a email link. Passcode, fingerprint all easy to set up. I tried all 4 ways to lock and unlock right away. Loved it super easy. Lock seems to be good quality

I love the product. I do have one problem with it the doorknob comes off inside and outside we have to keep tightening. I was able to put all my kids fingers on. No more loosing keys. I love that

It took my husband about an hour to install it onto the door. It seems to work nicely for our rental. Programming the card fob by placing it over the keypad number 5 was horrible and took forever for it to finally work. I like the look of it, it seems solid. For those who believe you can't lock door from inside, you can use the Auto Lock feature which we set to 60 seconds. We would like the ability to have more keys made in case the unit fails for some reason. The kit comes with 2, however we have 3 adults in our rental. The app is fairly simple. Price was good.

Installé en 20 min, sur ma porte extérieure. Aucune modification à la porte n'a été nécessaire. La configuration de l'application sur mon cellulaire a été facile. Les instructions du montage et de configuration sont très claires. Excellent produit.

Lots of features. But unfortunately doesn't always connect. And there is no way to lock it from the inside other than the app. Can't get it to lock from the out side either using the command the instructions say. Very disappointed

Worked for less than a month once installed.
