K19-H Instant Hot Countertop RO System, No Installation Required

I'm very happy with this purchase. The tap water in my area is not great, has a tint to it, and has had some worrying test results, so I decided to finally invest in an RO filter after using standard pitcher filters for years that don't eliminate all of the harmful stuff. The first impression was just how clear the water that came out was! It took a few cycles to get the new plastic taste to go away form water coming out of the dispenser (using the water straight from the pitcher avoids this anyway), but now the water tastes fantastic either way! I really appreciate everything it filters out, and the remineralization back into the water. The machine is easy to use and set up. I don't find the machine noisy at all, and I was pleasantly surprised how quick it works. I have a whole pitcher's worth of clean water in just a few minutes, plus having clean hot and cold water at the touch of a button is super convenient.

We love our Waterdrop system! The water tastes great, and having hot water ready instantly for tea or hot cocoa is fabulous. The different temperature options allow for everyone in our house to be happy. It’s incredibly convenient and has worked exactly as it was designed to. We also love the fact that the pitcher is glass! My only suggestions would be related to the design of the water tank. I wish it could use more of the clean water from the fill side before the waste water needs to be emptied. It sometimes feels like I’m dumping the waste water while there is still quite a bit of usable water left in the tank, and since the tanks are connected I have to dump all of it. I also wish there were a way to drain just the waste water directly into the sink without having to remove and dump the entire water holder. Those are really just design preferences and don’t take away from how well the system works. Overall, we’ve been very happy with it. The water tastes great, the instant hot water feature gets used all the time in our house, and I would definitely recommend it!

I LOVE this product!! The other gravity filters say they are lab tested but all they test for is not leaching chemical INTO water, not how well they purify it. The design is amazing and perfect for any kitchen. I recently moved to an area where my water SMELLS of chlorine badly! I knew I wanted something that actually worked and not just sat on my counter like a pitcher of water. The filtration is excellent and there is absolutely NO chlorine smell when it dispenses water. It is so easy to use and set up and I couldn’t think of a better thing to buy - especially at such a good price. The water temps are unbelievable! It can be soooo cold and sooo hot. It’s hat enough to brew coffee in a French press perfectly!! Definitely recommend!! It seems very durable and like it is a product I will have till I die!

The setup process was extremely frustrating. The device repeatedly got stuck during setup, and I was never able to complete the initial configuration, making it unusable. Beyond that, the setup experience itself was poorly designed. It required pressing the button multiple times throughout the process instead of allowing everything to run in a single cycle, which made the experience unnecessarily tedious. I also didn't like the water tank design. The clean water tank and the dirty water tank are attached together, so you can't remove or refill them independently. This makes refilling and emptying the tanks much more inconvenient than it needs to be. Because of these issues, I ended up returning the product.

***I like it! Impressed by taste. A sweetened taste (not flat) Beats having to bring gallons of plastic jugs to the refilling stations every week. Review is based on 1st couple of days of use since delivery. I browsed AMZ & Waterdrop’s selections of countertop water filter machines trying to find one that had hot/cold RO and remineralized water. There are a few other simpler units from this company that I am interested in too. Ordering direct from their website is fine too. HSA/FSA available through their website. *FYI: -Water tastes best after flushing the unit 3X -After set up is complete, hot water (203F) will be ready immediately Cold water (50F) takes a bit of time to chill (only initially) maybe takes 20min (I think there is a separate compartment to store cold water for next use which is why I hear a fan noise turn on and off until it reaches desired temperature). Cold water is immediately available for subsequent fill ups. PROS: -QUICK & EASY SET UP! 10 minutes to flush after new filter is twisted on to prepare unit to be used (requires removing tank to refill & dump waste water) -When clean water pitcher is low, machine automatically fills pitcher back up to have room temp water available for use -User friendly set up, minimalist design -Voice prompt will guide you on the installation process (i.e. Refill water when tank is low, place glass pitcher back onto the unit, installation is complete) -Attractive touch screen with minimal icons, beeps when touched, light up screen -Easy to navigate functions of every icon, pretty intuitive -No need to wait for water to fill cup, just set the volume and leave rather than waiting—dispenser icon doesn’t need to be held for the entire time, tap & release -Fan noise to chill the water is not constantly on, so mostly, this unit remains silent at rest * Filter works very well!! Let me explain— I felt icky using this unit without rinsing the pitcher in soapy water before beginning set up, sooo as I did this, I noticed the center base of the pitcher has a hole where clean filtered water is transferred from the back compartment and to be dispensed. I knew it was too late, and soap was already going to be flowing through this machine during set up. I wasn’t sure how many flushes would be needed until contamination is cleared. Very amazed that after initial flushing, the waste water compartment was filled with white foamy water (soap was filtered out), while the pitcher was clear. I still didn’t trust it enough to try water right away so performed another flush and water tasted fine lol no soap. Pretty efficient filtration system! *5 STARS IF… -Would rate 5 stars if design was more space saving & waste water compartment in the back needs to be larger to reduce frequency of dumping out & refilling. -A suggestion is having the option to hook up an outlet drain tube to direct waste water into the sink. -Weight: I would imagine the weight of lifting the container of water might be a tad heavy for more frail individuals especially from countertop height. Machine itself is a bit heavy to move around at that level unless parts & water are removed prior to making adjustments (although I think once you find a spot to rest the unit, it should remain there for the most part) -More cute color options available -Add lights below dispenser spout to see the water flow and cup

I’ve had my water filter machine for about a year now. The water tastes clean and fresh, and it’s easy to install and maintain. After using this a few times, I noticed water dripping a little bit from the faucet tip. Except for that this works great. Recently for some reason, the machine stoped working. When I contacted customer service, they, especially Becky solved the problem in a timely manner. I was so impressed by her effort and service. Highly recommend!!

So far has worked to expectations. The hot water gets to temp instantly. The cold takes some time but I usually put ice in my water so it’s no big deal for me. Overall, water tastes great and is very similar to Evian and Smart water.

I like it, however after dispensed one 8 oz cold water, fan will turn on for more than 30 minutes to cool down the water temperature. Fan is very noisy and not cost effective. I may get one without cold water function, just hot water.
