Red Light Therapy Hat & Cap with Timer Controller, 630nm 850nm 940nm Infrared Light Therapy for Head

Had cap for about 4 months, then the controller did not work, did not allow me to turn on cap but emailed company and they promptly sent me a new cap. Very satisfied!

Purchased a year ago. Seemed to work ok but did not see much improvement in hair growth. Used faithfully every night. Went on vacation for a couple weeks and came home to find the clicker that is turning and allow cycling through options no longer works. I would not recommend to purchase this since it is expensive and doesn’t really work and then it does on you.

Made my hair grow back. Very functional fits fine easy to use seems like good quality. Just find 30 minutes a day to sit down and watch ch television and your hair will regrow. I got it because I have Parkinson’s and I thought from internet research it might keep the dementia part away plus I was loosing my hair. I think I got my moneys worth and it is comfy to sit while it’s working.

I’ve been using this Red Light Therapy hat for a year now, and while I had a small hiccup, the overall experience has been excellent. The hat itself is well-crafted and the fit is much more comfortable than I expected. The LED placement provides great coverage across the entire scalp. I can always feel the heat during the session. It is easy to wear while I’m working or watching TV, and I’ve already noticed my hair feeling thicker and my scalp health improving significantly. I'd say it is worth the money. I’m knocking off one star only because the controller failed unexpectedly after a year of moderate use. However, this is where the company really shined. I reached out to their support team, and the service was top-tier. Even though I realized I was technically just out of the warranty period, they didn't give me the run-around. They helped me quickly troubleshoot and identify the exact issue. Responded to my messages within hours. Sent me a brand-new replacement product immediately to make it right!

The customer service of this company is the best I have ever seeing. I normally do not write reviews, but this one deserves one. I had a small issue with my product and right away with not many questions asked they helped me. I love my cap, and I believe it is really helping my hair to be stronger and grow. It is a long process but worth it.

It seems to work well bit only used it for two weeks so far. The instructions are all over the place. Seems durable but very small like it was sized for a child. I feel like this is false advertising unless the guy in the picture has a tiny head. I think all the red light therapy items are way overpriced.

This is so great. I love how it feels on my head. One of my friends who got it and has less hair than me sort of burned his scalp with it. Not where it actually burned but was uncomfortable. I have not had that because my hair is thick but it is something to be aware of if you have more scalp showing. My hair is growing faster and I just like it!

Had such high hopes for this. The cap itself seems very well made. Not sure why they slapped a bargain basement controller on it that doesn’t work, but they did. Video attached. Doesn’t work. You can’t turn it on. The remote is clearly the cheapest remote they could find in China. Thin breakable plastic that cracks easily.
