I believe this mask is well worth the price, and in the long run, it can save a lot of money on facial treatments at beauty salons. Not only does it tighten pores, but it also improves skin texture and helps with acne and acne scars! My wife with oily, acne-prone skin, she used it for two weeks, and the results are clear! I’ve been using this red light mask for a few weeks and I’m really impressed so far. It’s easy to use and comfortable to wear, and my skin already looks a little brighter. I like the built in timer choices with auto shut off which allows me to fall asleep with it on. The optional eye guards are nice too when I use it while on the computer. I bought this for my wife server months ago and she uses it regularly. She reports excellent results and loves the product. Recently, some of the lights is the neck area ceased working and the cable to the controls became loose and cracked. I contacted the company directly on a Thursday. They reached out on Friday asking for a copy of the receipt and a video of the product in use. I sent both. The service rep was very courteous and wanted to help. They reviewed the material I sent and on that Sunday replied that a new mask would be sent to replace the old one. No shipping or restocking fees. Just a full replacement. No return required. I was very pleased with this remedy, obviously, as well as the professionalism of the rep. I could not say enough about the level of service I received. Highly recommend this product and this company.

Product was received timely. Product packaged very well, presented perfectly for gift giving. This product is easy to use. Very straight forward instructions. I've had it only a short time, use it everyday with no issues. It fits well, no discomfort. The velcro fasteners are VERY strong. I will gladly come back and update my review once I've used it long enough for noticeable changes to my skin.
