Do Not Buy it !
Do Not Buy anything from PureIT - their service network is not just terrible, but a huge standalone SCAM. They charged money without getting the problem fixed.Now I have only one option - throw it away and buy a new one from a different company. The original issue was related to the change in water taste. So, we booked a service through PureIT customer care. PureIT tried to cheat us several times: (1) Service guy charged money despite refusing to provide the service, claiming that the model is 'not serviceable'. (2) He tried to sell a part worth Rs. 3,300 to fix the minor issue. We paid the so-called service charge, but refused to buy the part, and filed a complaint. However, his supervisor did not find anything wrong in what he did.

Nice product & easy installation
The delivery was slow and not on time but the product. Installation was smooth and the machine works fine. Note: It doesn't have any light indicator but it beeps. TDS normal: 80- I will update the filter TDS later. Overall experience is nice. Pressure regulator is separately installed to maintain pressure. Next review post 6 months of usage.
