. I don’t normally do reviews but having used this product for the first time, due to my unruly 4c knotted at the routes unmanageable couldn’t get my comb through hair. Don’t get me wrong I love my thick springy hair , on a positive note I doubt I’ll ever go bald or need a hair transplant. I used this product today having read the instructions twice over , I followed it to the letter with astonishing results.. I now have poker straight run my fingers through without getting stuck. The photos here speak for themselves.. Dear contemplators some beneficial pointers for best results. Use the shampoo provided for preparation , It strips the hair of oils dirt and Off-course opens the cuticles ready for the elixir of this liquid gold product. Dry your hair throughly from roots to tip I love the Afro pick dryer for this so much quicker. There is a generous amount of product to cover most hair types. Put gloves on, Squeeze the creamy liquid into a small bowl. I used a tinting brush to apply after sectioning my hair. As per instructions I covered with a shower cap set my timer for 90 minutes , then occupied myself with some drawing , wrapping a present and generally keeping busy. Ninety minutes up I removed excess product with the back of my comb, then blow dryed to nearly dry. Last tip before straightening, open the windows of the room your in , place a mini fan on your dresser low speed is enough to blow the fumes away when you start straightening, this took me about an hour careful to press small sections at a time. The whole process took about 3.5 hours and worth all the effort as it has saved me a small fortune in travel and salon fees. A well deserved 5stars at this point as I’m delighted with the result I doubt a salon could have done much better, plus I listened to my audio book rather than inane dull conversation.. as one often does at expensive salons. I pray the results will last for the foreseeable.. if you haven’t already ladies with mega frizz , Go on give it a go !!

If I could give this product a score of -100 I would. Thought I would use this brand for the first time because of the positive reviews. I normally use a brand called Alfaparp and it has done the job wonderfully previously. My hair "was" thick and curly, not ringlet curls but curly. I normally do a DIY treatment so that I can shower in summer and leave my hair to dry naturally. Normally dries great, keeps my hair straight ish, with natural waves and frizz free. Also gives my hair a chance to heal without blowdrying and straightening. Although I enjoy my curls, day to day I prefer straight hair as its easier to manage. Used this kit at home followed instructions to a T. Instantly after the treatment I noticed my hair was greasy with heavy build up. I waited it out to see how it was after a few washes but I couldn't get this residue out. It did however straighten my hair, but not in a healthy way, it basically permanently straightened my hair "I mean chemically permanently straight". One year on and my hair is straight, flat, greasy , curls and waves are gone. My lustrous hair that I wanted to tame is now so thin and flat. I tried contacting the company by the only email address I could find and never got a response. I remember initially emailing asking a product enquiry and got a response from someone's personal email (weird) offering me 2 worded answer at best. But after using the product I reached out to them again about the greasiness of my hair and the waxy texture and never heard back. I also contacted this sites customer service who said they can't do anything as I'd used the product. Which is p*ss poor, because how do you know if its going to do damage unless it's used? Anyway, to my beautiful sisters who want/Need a product to help with their hair, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this product. Use a reputable one like the one I mentioned above. For all I know this product is made in someone's back garden with a cocktail of chemicals that really should not be sold as a hair treatment. Keep scrolling, do your research and check out the one mentioned above. Normally a few months later after my treatment, it wears off and my hair goes back to normal. Sadly a year on and it's exactly the same. Even my regrowth feels different. Hope this is helpful and that you find a treatment that is affordable, safe, does what it says, and most importantly brings some joy :)

First time using any at home keratin treatment, wasn't sure what to expect. Came packaged well, no leaks, instructions included. I followed the instructions for blonde hair (there are different instructions for dark hair). It did take a long time due to the volume of my hair, but was easy enough to do myself. The bottle was just about enough, but if I do it again will probably get bigger bottle as I think I was a bit scant in application. Second picture shows my hair type - e.g. what it looks like straightened or with curl cream. It's naturally frizzy/wavy, dry, course, thick, unmanageable - the hairdresser says its "not easy hair" and that's them being kind... the first picture shows on the left my hair when I blow dried prior to the treatment, and on the right blow dried after completing the treatment and washing with renew hair shampoo and conditioner, and a tiny bit of olaplex bonding oil for heat protection. It has certainly calmed it down a lot, I'd still use straighteners if going out but day to day it's a huge improvement from blonde Hagrid! I'm now interested to see how long it will last, but so far very impressed. Oh it does smell a bit funny, but not too offensive. I did not experience any strong chemical smells, smoke, running eyes or anything like that. I had my windows open most of the time.

Ive done keratin treatments many times before and my hair looked amazing. I was quite disappointed after trying this one as I couldn’t see a massive difference and my hair looked slightly damaged. I wouldn’t buy it again

Worked very well. I have this service at hairdressers for >£150. I was sceptical this would work as well, but I am very impressed. It has been 2 weeks and lasting well. I left the product in my hair for 36 hours before washing. Will definitely buy again!

I should have believed the bad reviews... I colour my hair in light brown and after using this product my hair is a disgusting yellow colour, and left my hair extremely dry. Why did I try a different product? I have been using Diamond Shine from Nano Beauty and have had no issues. I was attracted by the claims of a quicker process... Now I need to wait 3 days to re-colour my hair, I hope it sticks... NEVER EVER again. I would have rated it zero if I could.

I have used a lot of different keratin treatments in the past but this is literally the best by far! I clicked on the QR code and followed instructions of how to apply. It was easy and the results.. perfect. Did not leave any residue and my hair was soft and silky. Even after i washed my hair for the first time after, my hair is so much more manageable! I have already recommended to to family members and will definitely continue to use this product in the future! I am not sure but I think my hair is type 3b or 3c.

Oh I wish I could add a before and after picture! Went from frizzy to smooth in one treatment! I used this Original Formula Keratin tx after shampooing with the clarifying shampoo the night before-yup I'm that lazy I let it airdry overnight, I didn't want to blowdry my long hair twice...Anyway, the next day: took my time, applied the easy method (with my fingertips), combing out any excess with a fine tooth comb, followed directions: cover with plastic for 30 min, blowdry 100% and flat ironin small sections: and WOW-looks like I went to the salon! I am soooo impressed with this product. Does it smell like keratin, yep, so use in well ventilated room. I suggest using less is more (because you leave product in hair and have to dry it 100% before flat ironing), I used about 1.5 oz of product and my hair is long, med fine, with uneven wave/curl pattern at nape and back of head especially: so I sectioned and made sure I straightened those areas most since they are hard to reach and my problem areas. And with this Florida temps being both hot and humid, my hair was a frizzy, hot mess-not anymore!!! I now LOVE my hair after this treatment: Smooth, Straight, Sleek! Super product: 5 stars+

Not that long lasting despite following the instructions to a tea. Lasted for about 3 weeks then started reverting back. Won’t buy again. Still giving 3 stars because the initial result was very pleasing.
