I should have bought one years ago!
Works exactly like you'd expect. I was having an issue with some trailer lights and was confident that my very NEW truck couldn't be to blame... it must be the trailer wiring. Boy was I wrong. Plugged the gizmo into the 7-way and it told me the truck was NOT outputting what the trailer needed. Popped the hood and found a blown fuse. Replace the fuse and VOILA! The trailer lights worked.In previous years I would use my alligator clips and a test light and that was a pain in the butt. This tester lives under the back seat now. The next time I hook up to a trailer that has light issues I'll plug in the device and verify my truck isn't to blame for the issues before continuing on with the diagnosis.

Great for diagnosing
This worked great for finding out what was wrong with the truck trailer lights. Saved us a ton of money. Great tool to have when you haul a trailer a lot

Much needed tool
Used this to diag my bad trailer connector on the bumper of my 18 ram. Very nice display, easy to read, and accurate. Worth the money to save the time of using a multimeter
