Oat free porridge in minutes, good stuff!
Great polenta at a competitive price, thanks!I'm avoiding gluten and cannot tolerate oats, polenta is a great substitute to oats and is naturally sweeter!I mix 50 g of polenta with 200 g of water, microwave (900 W) for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stir, microwave again for 1 minute 30 seconds, stir again, microwave for 30 second intervals stirring each time until all the water is fully absorbed and the consistency is that of mash potato, then stir in 100 g of milk or milk alternative and top with nuts or anything else that would go good with porridge.If the price remains competitive I will definitely be purchasing again.
