Ya he comprado varias veces y me han llegado sin problema, tuve un inconveniente esta vez que no entraba en las ranuras no tampoco reconoció el chip, pero con un bisturí le quité las pestañas sobrantes al cabezal y le puse el chip del cabezal anterior y funcionó sin problema y con buen calidad de impresión

Dont' last more than 2 weeks.
I've tried over a dozen of these print heads, and they always go dry in 2 weeks. So why do I keep buying them? Because print heads for obsolete HP Officejet L7680 printer are very hard to find. I ordered an "Original HP 88" print head that lasted for only ONE copy of paper, and quit working !! -- The original print head that came with the printer lasted for 12 years, new replacements only last few days, or no more than 2 weeks. May be different ink formula ??

Print head alignment failure
HP Officejet Pro 8500A self print head alignment Failure. I could not resolve and returned for an other supplier. The heads did print ok however continued to get failure errors.
