This little robot vacuum has honestly exceeded my expectations. I was wanting to get a budget version to try out for a while before committing more money to buying a more expensive or well known brand. My house has weird angles and furniture in the way of things and I wasn’t sure this type of vacuum would even work for our home set up. While maybe it doesn’t have as many bells and whistles as some of the others out there, it really does a great job for me and my house! I have fallen in love with the ease of setting and forgetting this little cleaning machine and it works so well. The little mop portion even does a pretty good job which I was definitely skeptical about. I only use that feature in my kitchen, but it really shines up the floor and makes it look and feel cleaner with minimal effort on my part! I still do deep clean every once in a while in between, but running this every evening before bed has helped me keep my floors clean so much better. There is a section in the corner of one of my rooms that I just knew it would get stuck in and not find its way out. It actually just rerouted itself a few times and was back out of the corner and running! It's definitely been worth the investment to me. I use the perimeter and zig zag features most of all. Battery lasts as stated and runs more than long enough to clean multiple rooms. Always returns to the charger like it should when it’s done. Easy to clean out the dust catcher/filter and ready to go again! I suggest taking time to do this after each run to keep the machine cleaned and ready for the next time. I make a little “box barrier”around where my outlets are or other places I don’t want it to go so the vacuum won’t get tangled up or knock something over and cause a disaster, or you can put something heavy in front of where you don’t want it to go and that works for me too! I got this for us for Christmas, used it for the first time a couple of weeks later, and now we’re into July and it’s still going strong and running like it did fresh out of the box. I wanted to wait to give an honest review after using it for a while. I am so glad I tried this out. It’s been a great little house helper!

I went into Prime Day this year knowing I wanted a robot vacuum + mop. I have never had one before, so after doing some extensive research that day, I came across this product and let me tell you...the 5 star reviews aren't lying! This is an amazing robot. It does a fantastic job and is so affordable. I have hardwood floors and a few area rugs that the robot has no issues maneuvering. The vacuum suction is powerful and the mopping function is great to use in-between deep cleanings. Best of all- it's so quiet! It won't disrupt you at all (unless it gets stuck, but that's bound to happen with any robot vacuum once in a while!). I have two cats that shed a lot and tend to track litter through the house, so it was important to me to find a robot vacuum that works well for pet hair and litter. This little guy takes care of those problems with ease! The cats aren't a big fan yet, but never say never 🤣 It's also important to mention that the app for this robot only works with 2.4 GHz WiFi! I was afraid I might have to do some extra leg work to get the app to connect since I have both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz WiFi. But actually, another reason I chose this robot was because it comes with a remote (and batteries!) that I could use to control it- just in case the app didn't connect to my WiFi and/or gave me any problems. However, it connected right away with no issues! The app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, too. Great product. If you're on the fence, don't be! You won't regret it.

It was time to get a new robot vacuum. My old one was moody after I replaced brush and rollers. The reviews were pretty good and the price was even better. The instructions were simple. Comes with remote and batteries. Charging base. This is so much quieter than my name brand one. It has a really good suction. Two sweeping brushes. Just snap in place. It was easy to access and empty the dust bin. I haven’t tried the mop . I am happy with my purchase.

I am so impressed with how well this vacuum works, I can’t shut up about it. I’ve told all my friends that they need this. I’m a senior and I need any tool available to make my life easier. This purchase has changed my life. Not exaggerating. I didn’t think it could possibly replace a regular vacuum. I thought it may be able to get the majority of debris in the center of rooms but I feared it wouldn’t do a good job along the edges. Why spend all that money when you have to drag the vacuum out anyway? That was my thought process and why I never bought one. And they are so expensive! I wasn’t even looking for a robotic vacuum when I saw the ad for this one. This particular vacuum was on sale, 66% off! I had recently read a comment about how even cheaper units really helped with unending housework. I decided to give it a shot since it was so affordable and had (few) but, excellent reviews. I’m so happy I took the plunge. I love how it edges around table legs and basically any obstacle. I have 2 small dogs and 3 cats, so it’s a job keeping up with the pet hair and dander. This little vacuum slays it! No tumble weeds or tracked litter! I have to admit, I was more than a little skeptical with the mop option. Did I mention I have 5 pets? Someone is always horking up something and I’m on it with enzyme cleaner and paper towels. That’s not mopping and my spot cleaning wasn’t enough. I was so thrilled by how well it vacuumed, I wasn’t planning on attaching the water tank. I’d just mop like usual. After a week of only running the vacuum, I decided to give it a mop. I hooked up the water tank and mop pad and turned ‘er loose. I ran it until the tank was dry and I was pleasantly surprised with how much of a difference it made. I believe running the mop every day will be even better. I run the vacuum once a day (sometimes twice) and I’m going to incorporate the mop option in my daily routine. My floors look so nice now! I definitely recommend. I have never used one before so if there’s a brand out there that does as good of a job as this one at this price point, I’d be surprised.

Did it pretty good job in my bedroom hardwood floor. The mopping is pretty decent although def not for heavy duty use. This is great for picking up dust and crumbs on the floor. The app was very good compared to the nightmare Shark apps was. For the price, I felt it's worth it

I’ve had this vacuum for about a year and for the price, It honestly is a good deal. My biggest complaints about this vacuum is that it gets stuck on the smallest things like extension cords or even a small rag that might be on the floor. My other big complaint is at the brush heads come off very easily or snap off and we’ve had to replace them multiple times. Do not purchase this vacuum if you’re looking for a mop vacuum because it really does a mediocre job at mopping. I really don’t recommend it for carpeted rooms. It does a pretty good job, but it tends to fill up really easy and the heads tend to break easier on carpeted flooring. I have wood flooring in my house and like I said I would definitely purchase this if you’re just looking for a vacuum to clean your hardwood floors. Just make sure your floors are picked up because it will get stuck on the smallest things.

I’ve only been using this for a few days, but I really love it. It’s so sturdy. It can tell when it’s by stairs and ledges. It sweeps and mops at the same time. It seems to hit everywhere, but I live on a large school bus. Connects to WiFi and to my phone. Floors are so clean. Been using this for a week now and lots has stopped working. The mop pad broke off, the mop feature totally stopped working. We’ve cleaned it out many times and it’s making funny noises. It’s only been used five times and already can’t mop. Don’t buy this thing. Save your money. Also we live on a school bus.. to mail it back from Puerto Rico is $38 or they have $12.99 front door pickup.. which we don’t have a front door. We live in the jungle. Lately Amazon has been doing this a lot.. selling me things that don’t work and then not helping you once it’s broken. Disappointed Update again: this thing is garbage. So now that the mopping feature is broken, we just use it as a vacuum. The customer service has never returned our email or answered us. We bought all new parts and it didn’t work. All night long it plugs itself in and unplugs itself.. just beeping constantly. It will never learn where I can and cannot go. It will be off-roading constantly… and the company will never help you. SAVE YOUR MONEY. UPDATE ONCE MORE: finally replaced it with a real roomba, and I couldn’t be happier. We realized toward the end that none of the settings work. Like the “room clean” and the “follow the walls.” They’re all just fake lol. It does the same thing no matter what setting it’s on. Customer service will literally never message you back, no matter how much you try.
