Not good experience
I purchased this product as I like to support efforts by small businesses. Unfortunately I can't recommend this product. It may be that other items from this supplier may well be fantastic. I certainly am not prepared to take that risk. My reasons for my comments are as follows:- After bringing the meat to room temperature I found that the meat in all four packages was so hard it could not be chewed. I can confirm that if the meat was sucked the flavour was fantastic. Sorry I can't be more positive but I am not prepared to chance that I was just unlucky. Should have given zero stars but unable to do that.

Such a shame - disgusting pork belly thins
Such a shame - bought these for myself for a birthday treat - awful taste for the pork belly thins (disgusting and couldn't eat them). Not looking forward to trying the other 2, though hoping they will actually taste of meat if I ever do, which the pork belly thins did not - they tasted something more akin to vomit. No idea why the positive reviews here. If I didn't know, I would have believed that I was supposed to cook them, but had made the mistake of eating them raw (and I love cured meats).
