I’m very impressed with this 8L humidifier! As someone who has been through many smaller humidifiers, it’s worked very well for my bedroom. The large tank means I can run it for days without constantly refilling, and the 360° nozzle with multiple mist settings makes it super easy to get the perfect humidity level. It keeps the air comfortable without leaving any dampness or residue on walls or furniture. The sleep mode is one of my favorite features and it’s surprisingly quiet and for a humidifier. I also love that it can diffuse essential oils. Also, the soft night light is a nice touch and it's not too bright that it bothers me. As someone who keeps plants and has wooden furniture, the built-in humidity monitor has been amazing. It maintains a safe and steady humidity level automatically, which helps my plants thrive and protects my wood floors from cracking. The safety auto-shutoff is reassuring, especially when I’m not home. Maintenance is surprisingly easy thanks to the top-fill design and detachable water pump. Cleaning it is quick and hassle-free. On top of everything, the customer service is outstanding. The 360-day free exchange policy and fast responses give me total confidence in my purchase. Product arrived on time and was very easy to assemble. It worked well right out of the box and performed as expected. I did run into a leak at the base near the water tank, but after contacting customer service, I received a response within a few hours and the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, great product backed by excellent customer support. I would purchase again and definitely recommend.

I own an earlier model Lacidol 2 gal humidifier that had a viewing window on the back—not very useful if you refill it from a pitcher. With this newer model the window to view the water level is on the front where it’s very easy to see when filling the unit. The light makes water level even easier to see, but it’s not necessary because the window is frosted so the level is obvious in normal room light. The manufacturer claims it holds 2.1 gals, but experiments indicated a capacity slightly below that. The unit is almost silent and works very well. The remote control is also handy.

I used city tap water as it said I could. After one month my house was covered with water mineral dust. Worse yet my furnace started to not work properly. The furnace repair man said it isn't getting enough air. He replaced the clean looking air filter and it worked good. One week later the same problem with the furnace. I pointed out the dust in my house. He removed the furnace filter, ran his finger over the filter and it came off white from mineral dust. Furnace repair cost me $300.00.

Let me tell you a surprising story. I purchased this item in April of 2025. I loved how easy it was to plug in and go. The 2 gallon capacity is perfect for my house. I really enjoyed not having to fill a humidifier every night, AND it fills from the top!! It's great that I get to pick the level of humidity and that once it reaches it will shut off and turn back on when it falls below that %. It's quiet and sleek. It's really a great product. In September I had my first over fill and I have no idea how I did it but it no longer turned on after that. I let the unit dry out for over a month. I tried different outlets. Nothing worked. One day I reached out to the service center just to see if there was anything they've run into that could help get it up and running. The service writer and I were emailing for 2 days. He was unbelievably helpful and professional. He explained that I had exhausted all of my options and since I purchased it only a few months ago I was covered under warranty. I was willing to ship everything back for an exchange but they sent me a while new unit free of charge. I was blown away!! The service writer even emailed me the day it arrived to make sure the new one had no issues. I have nothing but good things to say about the item and the service I received.

The support team from Lacidoll was amazing. Thank you Ryan for helping with the problem in a professional quick manner. I use it daily as I have allergies and the weather is so dry. Since having it, it’s kept my house humid and helped my dogs not scratch as much. Besides the one issue of the pump failing, it works good.

If you're questioning whether or not to buy it, don't hesitate.. just do it! It's sleek, modern and the quality is most certainly there! I waited to post this review until after I had used it for a few days, and I have absolutely no complaints. I've used several different brands of humidifiers, this one is by far the easiest to add water to! Easiest to set up and pretty self explanatory when it comes to working it! Large display screen for easy viewing and touch screen buttons for different functions. It tells you the current humidity in the air, has a timer, sleep mode, as well as a light that can be turned on or off. It makes it a little over 24hours on the same tank of water, and that's with running it on high. It hasn't left a white residue on the items around it at all unlike several other brands that I've tried in the past! To know: Sleek and modern ✅ Easy to use ✅ Functionality ✅ Good amount of steam ✅ 24hrs+ on one tank ✅ Worth the money ✅ Easy to clean ✅ etc etc etc So yes, just buy it!

This item is great! I have had it about a year now and it is worth every penny. It puts out a fine fog and is virtually silent in operation. Will run a full 12 hours on a full tank of water. Easy to clean. Be careful if moving around with water as the top tank will come off very easily. Customer service was very good and quickly sent a replacement pump when it quit working at about a year old. No complaints. I may have missed it in the description, but a suggested working room size would be helpful.
