I love this stuff. It's a bit more soupy than Indian curry but it tastes amazing. I love spicy food but nothing crazy. Mild had no spice at all. Medium had a little bit. Hot was what I would normally call medium spice. My wife doesn't like spice that much and hot was in her upper limit.

These curries are among my favorites. First, the Japanese style curries are delicious in themselves. With a pound of meat, diced carrots, diced potatoes, sliced onions, and frozen peas, a meal goes together almost instantly. Great with rice.
