Great TV would 100% recommend
Easy to set up with amazing picture quality and connectivity. The TV is light so you don't need a huge tv mount to put it up on the wall. It was lots of apps on it already and you can download a lot more. The remote is also something I havent had before it has scroll wheel (mouse) on it so its a lot easier to get around the menus. I got 2 of them during prime day so it was a great value for money. I paid £199 each it was a steal

Good product but enormouosly fiddly and slow to configure
This TV was replacing a 12 year old 32" 1080p Panasonic. It's a very good TV [though we would have prefered to buy a 4K unit at a smaller size] but the WebOS is slow and therefore feels unresponsive whilst the number of options and details are so great - and so poorly organised - that it can take ages to end up with a configuration that suits one's own preferences and needs: after 4 days of almost continuous fiddling we're almost there, but not yet sure. There's no printed manual included in the packaging and no instructions on where to find online help or user manuals etc so the only way to find out how to do things is to go online and search via Google/Bing etc. Both the web and PDF versions of help/manual are badly linked [no internal hyperlinked URLs in their texts] and with no attempt at task-orientation; instead we get a list of the menu entries and what they and their sub-menus say. A listing that is inaccurate for this particular model. No indication anywhere of which menu item to use for any given task. Thus, for this model, we are told that we can configure for multiple remote controls and that there's a setting to permit this, but that setting is actively missing from the menus: but the system actively recognises a second RC but says it won't use the "magic" functions of the second handheld RC. Similarly, the TV comes preconfigured to turn itself off after 4 hours of "inactivity" - i.e no change of channel or change of inputs etc; but there's we are not told this at any point when we firtst switch on, or at any point thereafter. If you are out of the room when the warning flashes up then you'll return to a TV that has switched itself off, with no indication of why that's the case. There's no instructions in the online documents or in the menus about how to disable all of the different options which do actually switch the TV off on a schedule. And yes there *are* several different options which impact when or if the TV will or will not switch itself on or off: amongst them are the parental controls, but also the power/energy-saving controls - and others. We are also told that there's an app we can use on Apple and Android phones/tablets to remote control the TV, but nowhere are we told an accurate name of that app or given a URL for download; on Android Play store there's no apps published by LG. Lots of third-party remote control apps with varying degrees of competence, all of them riddled with adverts unless one pays. I tested several of these and couldn't find a single one that actually worked reliably and consistently on my Android 13 phone. Apps and third party services such as Netflix, Youtube, iPlayer ITVX etc are good _provided_ that one has a low latency high-speed internet connection. The WebOS and app functions which handle third-party streaming do not respond well to slow internet connections - anything much below 80-100 MBps is quite likely to give you a spinning eggtimer/wheel effect at various points as the system buffers your video stream. This may or may not be important to you. Finally, colour balance and colour rendition [chroma/gamma etc]: the Asian market has singularly different colour preferences to those most commonly found in Europe, and these are in turn very different to those of the USA. The default colour rendition of this model is overly dark and saturated and heavily 'blue' with weak and shallow [washed-out] reds and greens. This *can* all be corrected, but it's a painful stepwise process that takes a lot of patience with zero guidance from the help docs or manuals etc and no "this is what this control will do when you change it". Be persistent, it will eventually give you a good rendition with accurate colours and densities. Basically knowledge transfer is non-existent. LG's help is useless. If you have the patience to wade through all of this and correct the default settings and learn your way around the menus then you will be very happy. If you don't then you will probably find this TV isn't for you. Hope this helps.

Excellent value
For a QLED TV this beat the price of most others by miles. I've had it for a few months now and am very happy with it. I particularly like having both Freeview and Amazon Prime built in.

Arrived, set up relatively easy. I would say though that it is very slow, I was replacing my 8-year-old Smart LG TV, because I thought a new one would be quicker, it was not it was even slower! After just a few hours watching and using the streaming apps, the whole system stopped working with a repeating message saying the app was closing to make more memory space. This just would not go away; you could not use any app as nothing worked other than any streaming service you had on the remote. In my case limited to Prime. I did all the usual, then decided to just leave the TV off and read, after being off overnight, and for another 15 hours, it still was exactly the same. LG electronics were no help at all, they said there was a problem they were aware of, and they would get back to me, which they did two and half days later! by which time I had been in touch with Amazon since the TV was not fit for purpose. LG then sent a text, just telling me to do all of the things I had already done, really!! what a waste of time they were, they could not even be bothered to call. In the meantime, Amazon had picked up the faulty TV for refund or replacement. Thank you, Amazon for your brilliant service and for keeping my stress levels down. I was not impressed having paid for a TV that would not work and is clearly faulty, Amazon just made it all go away.

Keep looking. This is a rubbish TV.
Pretty bad considering how expensive it is. This TV is unbelievably slow, it takes about 10-15 seconds to load the guide, open apps… anything. The software updates and the auto tuning happens at least once a week. Some channels appear during the day and disappear at night, after each retuning lots of channels no longer appear… Every 7-10 days it displays a message “this app will automatically update” and it switches itself off. You have to unplug the TV for 30 seconds to reboot it. The remote control is so hard to use. It’s really not good, and for this price I expected a lot more. It’s the TV equivalent of Windows ‘98 but without the paperclip animation or Minesweeper. Don’t bother.
