I like the blueprint products. They have the nutrients that most other products don't and because Bryan takes them I believe they would not be a top-notch product with good natural ingredients.

I have been following Bryan Johnson’s blueprint since before it became a brand. The goal isn’t to copy his routine but to measure your own bio markers. Now that these supplements come prepackaged it’s easy to forget how effective they are and how hard Bryan works to secure only the best quality products. Two years ago I was ordering chlorella from a website in the UK. Now I’m paying a fraction of the cost. I switched to the Essential Capsules over my other multivitamin because of the NMN and Spermadine. Hair has been growing like crazy and I don’t get vitamin stomach. Also recommend the cocoa powder if you need a cognitive boost in the morning in addition to your coffee buzz for higher energy levels.

I like the ingredients in these capsules. Bryan Johnson’s products are extensively researched, so I know I’m getting what I pay for. I have experienced no side effects with this product.

I have been using Blueprint products, and I do feel better. However, all the testing of these products was done on Bryan, not you or me. And I do have a problem with the fact that some of the products such as this, contain specific dosages and are to be used in conjunction with other Blueprint products. The problem is that sometimes some of the Blueprint products that are designed to work together are no longer in inventory. This has caused me to use this product without the matching product. What I have done is used this specific product minus the other matching product (because I was unable to buy) along with third party products that were not designed to be a part of the matching set. This can create chemical imbalances. My suggestion is that if Blueprint designs products that should be used together, that all such products should be kept in inventory. I only gave 3 stars on something that should deserve 5 stars when sold with strongly aligned products.

It took about two days for me to notice that I just felt "better" in general, and I also noticed a slight increase in my REM sleep over time when compared to when I had not yet started taking the Blueprint Essential Capsules. Another positive outcome is that after 2 months, I have noticed that ALL of my grey hairs have gone back to normal hair and that is insane but somehow possible.
