I just received mine. It's plastic.

16 servings, one ounce per serving. In each serving there are only 132 mg of chlorophyll which translates to only .005 ounces. So for every serving you get 99.5% glycerine, water and flavoring, and .5% of what you think you are ordering. try the pressed tabs by any other brand instead.

Why does it have mint if it says unflavored??

Mint is not for flavor but to enhance absorption.

Is this to be consumed or as just a mouthwash?

Consumed. I would buy a different brand. This one is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
